Cobran de más hice la reserva y llego y me cobraron demás me salí antes y querían que pagara más no cambian las sábanas y huele muy mal aparte las sábanas quemadas y huele a cigarro mucho

I was initially given a room that smelled like cigarette smoke. So I requested another room, and the issue was resolved efficiently.
If the rooms do not have heating, they should include a warm blanket in the rooms.
A free breakfast could be included. Or at least some fresh coffee and water.

La atención del personal pésima, quedaron en hacerme un reembolso y ya va un mes y siguen sin aplicarlo. Cuidado no se queden ahí! Son unos rateros y estafadores. Las habitaciones apestan, descuidadas, sin mantenimiento, no hay agua caliente y nadie que solucione. Que decepción de lugar.
