Good place to stay
Pros:

Breakfast is amazing!! Fountain soda is amazing.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT

Cons:

It would be nice for adult time in the hot tub instead of filled with kids you can't relax or get in

There wasn't really much to like

Cons:

We arrived on Thursday check in was good, when we got to our room the floor still had crumbs on it one of the drawers had dirt in it and the tub was gross. Friday we showered and when we went to ask for more towels because we only had one big towel for the two of us we were told they didn't have any more so we had to use that one towel both Friday and Saturday. Outside garbage was spilling over and the hall garbage were also not being taken out. The pool and hot tub were filthy so we could not use them, they didn't get properly cleaned until Saturday. Breakfast I feel needed more options it was the same thing both days.

Cons:

No towels, no blankets, floors were dirty - had to clean them. When I let the lady at the front know Nikki - she was like o well ! Horrible, would have left BUT no where else to stay

A day in the slums.
Cons:

No towels at pool; popcorn everywhere throughout the halls/elevators; butter grease on every surface throughout hotel, nothing had been cleaned in awhile; tv had no signal, staff were unhelpful with resolving the issue; ants were crawling all over the seats in dining room; stains on comforter

Stay was not pleasant at all
Pros:

Not much to offer due to running out of items

Cons:

Have towels in the room. Should not have to wait over an hour for towels upon check in.
Don’t put us in a room that has people in it.
Next room had large toenails on the floor and dust everywhere.
Hair all over shower and slowing drain.
No soap to wash hands.

Will NEVER stay there again

Cons:

First room was dirty, second room they moved us to only had one bed and we booked two, finally put us in third room and the air made a terrible noise. Staff wast friendly, couldn’t get towels, hotel was dirty

Pros:

The house keeping ladies are relentless at 11 am on the dot at the door and while you are trying to leave they just keep coming to the door even though you say.......im putting my stuff on the cart to go.

The size of the rooms.

Cons:

Some of the front desk staff is very rude.
We stayed for a week and extended our stay and asked to switch rooms to a room that had not been used in a week and they charged us $35 to check in early even though we were already there.
