Overall I had a good time there due to the wonderful and helpful staff. Keep up the good work. Great

The staff was polite and friendly, the service was good and the room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The first night I did not realize that there were dark curtains behind the light ones, so I slept with bright light coming through the window. I did not sleep well at all but the next day I found the dark set of curtains. My room was not cleaned during my stay.

Pros:

Desk staff, mattress, showerhead, breakfast, and coffee all exceeded my expectations at this price point. The room's climate control used a wall thermostat -- also unusual for this price point. Easy highway on/off for travelers.

Cheap, not worth more than 60/night, equivalent to a super 8.
Pros:

We liked the general property and the location, the cleanliness is where it was lacking.

Cons:

Cleanliness was not there. First when we checked in, one of the rooms wasn’t even clean, they had to give us another room. Then the ice machine on the 4th floor didn’t work. The new room (out of the two) was super dusty. Then the tubs in both rooms barely drain. By the time you were done with a shower, you were in ankle deep water. Then finally , probably the worst part, so far two of us, out of the four, have ended up with really bad ear infections most likely caused by pool/hot tub use. On Monday, they had the pool closed for cleaning. I don’t see that as a coincidence, more of a lack of care.

Children from pool leaving puddles of water in elevator (slick), then running up and down the 3rd floor hallways after 9pm.

Wish hotel had ADA room with TWO BEDS - only offered one with King- had to sleep on a rollaway (not very comfortable)

Pros:

The room was clean. Breakfast was very good and kept stocked. Staff was friendly and eager to help when needed.

Cons:

The toilet wouldn't flush from the time we got there so something I would have the cleaning staff do is make sure the toilets flush and the sink drains while cleaning.

Pros:

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was appreciated.

Cons:

The room wasn't as clean as it should've been. (A used bar of soap left in the shower, eyelashes on a pillow and a few other minor things.) TV channels were wrong and lots were "no signal". It was a little noisy. Lots of traffic by our room and we could hear people talking often.

Amazing!! We will definitely be back!!
Pros:

We will definitely be coming back. Rob at the front desk was the absolute best! I do t know how he did everything he did! He was working the front desk, helping with the breakfast, and all the while doing it with a smile. The pool was a big hit!! The location is amazing! Less than 20 minutes to Mid America Adventures- formerly Six Flags. Less than 20 minutes from the Cardinals stadium! So many shopping options near by as well!! The rooms were clean and the staff was great! Breakfast was excellent!

Cons:

The only thing that could have been better is the towel situation. They are a bit short on towels.
