Pros:

Very nice and comfortable room.

Cons:

I planned this hotel stay due to the rise in temperatures. The AC went out in my home. I chose this hotel because you had an indoor and outdoor pool. Now I know this is no fault to the facility when you had a "catastrophic" pump failure in the pool. However, you must understand that the POOL is the only reason I chose this hotel. It wasn't until the last day of my stay that someone offered for me to use the neighboring hotels pool. Also, your housekeeping staff member was rude as hell!!

Nightmare experience!
Pros:

Checking out.

Cons:

1. The rude employee at the front desk.

2. The fact that the pools and hot tub was broke.

3. The puke that was left on the floor from the guest that stayed before us that I found by stepping in it.

4. The dirty Washcloth that was left in the shower from the guest before us. YUCK!

5. The toilet that wouldn't flush the first time we tried flushing it.

The best price / value for the region!
Pros:

Great location! The best price around! The hotel was quiet although there were alot of people. Loved having an ice maker in the breakfast area!!

The breakfast was great

Cons:

Our air conditioning didnt work real well. The handle on the cold water faucet in the tub was broke and we had to fix it. And unfortunately the pool broke down and for some reason they shut the back elevators off which was close to our room.

Never never never stay here
Pros:

Cons:

Everyone was rude and condescending except for two people and I wish I could tell you what their names were but not a single person or name tags. Not to mention I stayed for almost a month and I was never offered towels or toilet paper nor was I ever offered to have my room cleaned!
