Not very accommodating for guest relations.
Pros:

The old lady who’s making the fresh bread during breakfast was really nice and the location!

Cons:

The front staff was not 100% helpful with guest’s requests. The furnitures inside the bedroom need replacement.

Pros:

Nagyon jó reggeli, nagy választék és mennyiség. Kiváló helyen a szállás, kényelmes ágy. Semmi negatív dolog nem volt és kiemelném a reggeli még egyszer!!!

Cons:

nem tudtam hova pakolni a szobában, nem volt precíz a takaríítás és a berendezési tárgyak kicsit öregek, de nem zavaró. Ezek csk pici próblémák az árához képest. Ajánlom a szállást!! jó volt.

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay very much at Pera Rose Hotel.

Rohulla and Murad reception staff were very friendly, polite, welcoming and helpful.

Suna, the cleaner on the 8th floor, was very kind and caring.

The room was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine. The bathroom also clean and spacious. Amazing and gorgeous views of Istanbul from our room.

The breakfast buffet was decent and there was plenty to choose from.

Location was excellent – Beyoglu Area, near to the hotel:
- Nice and buzzing neighbourhood, many places to eat out.
- Main shopping high street is around the corner, Istiklal Caddesi. In with either direction can walk towards Taksim Square or downhill towards the Galata Tower.
- The Tunel station is a few minutes away, which you can use to take the underground tram down the hill to Karakoy. From there you can then catch the tram on the main road to different parts of the city like Eminonu, Sultanahmet, Kabatas, etc.

Overall our stay was very pleasant, a nice and clean hotel - would recommend.

L hamman e il bagno turco non sono utilizzabili perchè in ristrutturazione.
La finestra della camera assegnatoci al 4 piano non aderiva e si sentiva tutto dall esterno.
Siamo arrivati alle 9,30 e abbiamo perso la prima cena e non ci hanno offerto né un cestino né un pranzo per il giorno dopo.
La colazione solo passabile.
L addetto al ricevimento mi ha prenotato un taxi suo amico per l aereoporto a 45,00 euro tutto compreso e quando abbiamo effettuato il viaggio il taxista mi ha chiesto 58,00, disonesto e l addetto non affidabile.
Sostanzialmente non vi andrei più è pieno lì intorno di alberghi più validi allo stesso prezzo o poco più.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Istiklal Street. It is very clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. A special thanks to Mr. Murad for his kind assistance during the check-in process. His warm welcome and helpful attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
