Pera Rose Hotel & SPA - Special Class

The location is good, new Istiqlal street, metro, and bus station.
The room was clean but small,
The breakfast had a good variety, and the quality was good enough.
The staff were friendly and supportive
In general, I recommend staying here

I stayed at Hotel Pera Rosa and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience that left me unable to recommend this property.

One afternoon, my son returned to his room and found the housekeeper inside with her hands inside his girlfriend’s handbag. The room door had been left open, and she was clearly going through personal items. He came to me immediately, and we asked the receptionist to address the situation.

When questioned, the housekeeper denied it and became loud and defensive, claiming she was “moving the table,” which was obviously not true. More concerning was the fact that the manager never came to speak with us, even though the receptionist said he would. No follow-up, no apology, no explanation, and no visible disciplinary action. The same housekeeper continued working as usual.

For a hotel, this is a serious issue. Guests must be able to trust that their belongings are safe inside their room. Unfortunately, this incident showed a clear lack of professionalism and responsibility from both the staff and management.

The location is good, but security and customer service are far more important — and in this case, the hotel failed completely

Breakfast is very clean and location is perfect near galata and taksim , beside receptionist welcome is very great especially murat

We stayed at this hotel as a couple and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very welcoming, and the atmosphere made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We would happily come back again

I stayed at this hotel with my family for three days, and it was truly a memorable experience. Everything was perfect the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again.

i went to massage in this hotel, it was very great that made me relaxed they had a lot of kind of massage we can choose the type of massage they will explain the details and the staff in this hotel is very helpful, i would like to visit here again when i come to istanbul

The worst experience ever! Bad rooms, bad service, mouldy floor and carpet, doesn’t even meet the minimum requirements for a 1 start hotel!
Staff are unfriendly and rude, asked for water and got told twice “we have no water”
Loud Noise expect to be up till late AM due to music.
Room service not available as they mentioned.
Got a plastic piece in my food and not even an apology from staff/cheff and receptionist said “not my job”

Worst experience ever would never recommend it for anyone

PS, I booked the deluxe room… which is way worst than a university studio!

Best location , helpfull staf and nice hotel, it was amazing , see you next time ✌️ thank you mr. Murat , he is soo warm blood and helpfull , the bed is soo comfortable

Wonderful journey in beautiful historical istanbul . The streets must visit in Beyoğlu/taksim . Hotel was good and personal very nice with me . Hope I will come again .thanks for having me

Gar nicht gut. Bauarbeiten während des Aufenthaltes. Da war an Ruhe nicht zu denken! Gewchweige seine voolverdienten Ferien zu geniessen!

good location.average cleanning.air condition doesnt work and was not responsible.good breakfast.the technician does not try to fix the hitting system and the room was cold.the workers did not change the blankets normally.their behavior was good

God beliggenhed tæt på metrostation og Istiklal gaden. Minus at det lå lige op ad en masse barer, så det larmede til kl 4 om natten med høj musik og biler der susede forbi. Hotellet er lidt ældre og TV kanaler virkede ikke, trykket på vandet var nedsat og badeværelset var meget koldt. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme.

Group of 10 people. Rooms are dusty,dirty and very small. Shower was broken,mini fridge wasn’t working,room phone wasn’t working,some of the lights weren’t working neither. We asked for a room with 3 beds for 3 people but we got a room with only 2 beds. Asked receptionist about it. Turns out ,they don’t have rooms with 3 beds at all,even though they told us that they do. We told him that 2 beds isn’t enough and they are too small,(They were supposed to be big,but they are actually very small). He corrected us that our beds “aren’t small,they’re okay” insinuating that we shouldn’t complain,and we could just sleep on two beds. Also,this receptionist in particular (idk his name) was sarcastic and snarky. When we were dealing with a bed problem he gave my Mother a receipt for the steak I ate and told her “btw,you need to pay this” with snarky tone,and overall he was sarcastic and didn’t take our problems seriously.
P.s I forgot to add,but they basically scamed us into paying more for the food than its actually cost

I had accommodation, in Pera Rose hotel, for five nights and it was very good and pleasant for me and my family.
The hotel was very clean and quite with kindly staff with friendly atmosphere.
Although the hotel Services was a little less than (**** hotel) but it was acceptable for me, by considering of low price of accommodation.
The location of hotel is near Istiklal Street and you can reach to bus stop and subway with couple of minute walking.
The best thing of hotel is the kindly staff, especially Mr.Sefa in reception section.
Mr Sefa is very polite – friendly & helpful, and he is very professional in his work .

It is an average hotel. It has an average breakfast included: sausage, cheese, butter,jam,egg,cake,pancake,halva,breakfast chocolate, tea,hot milk, grapes,watermelon,apples.
The cleanliness of the room and hotel is average. Tea and water are charged only on the first day. The behavier of the staff is not very polite. Problems are dealt with late for example water was collecting inside the bathtub, the sewage system had a problem and unfortunately it was not fixed.The hotel is near the disco and there is a lot of noise until midnight. The location of hotel is very good and it is close to Esteghlal street and metro station and bus stations. Shock (sok) shop is near the hotel. When entering the hotel, the reception take $100 as a guarantee of non_destruction, but does not give a receipt!!!???

Breakfast was fantastic, basic Turkish breakfast. Hotel is a bit old fashioned, comfy beds. Overall it's okay..
