Pros:

Facility was clean and as expected.

Cons:

Front desk staff could be alittle more customer service oriented. By that I mean, they could get the next person in line and let them know they'll be right with them as they're finishing up admin task for prior customer. Acknowledge presence. With that being said, they weren't unprofessional or anything, but that's a tidbit to improve service.

Good location,good shopping nearby but 30 min in traffic to downtown
Pros:

Location is closer to shopping and restaurants. Its quiet in the evening after the shops close.

Cons:

Fire alarm goes off when it rains and the room was not clean. Also had requested a different room on the Hilton honors app and they switched to the previous assigned room when we reached the hotel. Upon request with the reception they could not accommodate the switch.

Hotel with 5 star cleanliness at t 3 star price.
Pros:

The overall feel of the hotel was immaculate. I wish I knew that we could have requested adjoining rooms. A few more condiments in the room (coffee, creamer, etc.) would have been helpful because I only had enough for one cup.
