Nothing this time around.

Cons:

Bed bugs found in the first room they moved us to a second room and let us look before we stayed. The pillows inside the cases were extremely dirty but we didn't find bed bugs in that room. Then our remote wouldn't work after we settled down and watched tv. So we went to exchange the remote and the lady said " that's why I told you to check the room" with an attitude the first thing someone checks is remotes when we're looking for bed bugs. She had horrible hospitality and because of that and the bed bugs I will not be staying there again. I also have a picture I took of the bed bug but there's nowhere to share It.

The cleanliness of the room was POOR! CARPET DIRTY, BATHROOM DIRTY ESPECIALLY TOILET! HUSBAND WENT TO FRONT DESK TO COMPLAIN ABOUT BATHROOM SINK BEING STOPPED UP. WE WERE SWITCHED TO A DIFFERENT ROOM AND IN THAT ROOM....NOTHING WORKED! NO MICROWAVE, NO REFRIGERATOR WORKS!!!!! THE BREAKFAST LOOKED UNCOOKED AND WASN'T MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM! MAKES ME RETHINK ABOUT STAYING AT ANY OTHER BEST WESTERN!

Refused to extend my stay after I pd had. To spend 56 $ in uber they was rude pop machine don't work and they wouldn't work

Pros:

Nice location for ND.

Cons:

No customer service at the front, just a sign saying no early check in. We couldn't even access the lobby restroom to change, we had to change in the parking lot outside.

The AC in our room only worked sporadically so the room got stuffy and humid. We didn't realize it was a problem until we'd already moved in and got ready for bed, so we didn't alert the management until morning.

One night stay place!!!
Pros:

Free breakfast area was not very clean. Garbage overflowing. Not much food out (example one box of fruit loops in the holder) 2 apples really? Also, tv remote did not work. From the old ages!!! Could not watch tv at night. Outdated to say the least. However, the bed was comfortable. Shuttle to Notre Dame a plus also.

NOT a clean property by any means. Sheets were dirty, bathroom had hair on the floor. Tv was barely working and then there was the pillows. I have bigger throw pillows on my couch. It was ridiculous. No extra blankets nor pillows. Bad establishment
