Comfortable bed. Spacious room.
Broken outlet plate. Not fully cleaned when u checked in at 9pm.
Zero accommodation in the room nasty cover dirty sheets nasty stuff in bathroom and u left me dirty toilet paper and towels
Everything breakfast was good, pool was clean and rooms were nice

The room was cool, but damp. The air conditioner probably needed to drain unclogged. The wardrobe was full of dirty dance smelly towels, obviously from a while ago

They lied on here!! THERE IS NO HOT TUB!!!!!
Refused to make it right. Staff was rude and basically said there’s nothing they can do about it.
Also, super annoying , had a bright light coming through the window all night, blinds don’t close all the way.
Left at 6:30am and told desk we had no toilet paper, came back around midnight or so, still no toilet paper!!
No towels in the pool area.
Breakfast was not good, limited variety. No hot food.
Floors were dirty as well. Looked like they haven’t vacuumed in weeks.

Was not given back my deposit because they said I smoked in the room that was completely untrue and was intentionally done
