Cons:

Stains on the sheets, comforter and pillow cases. The breakfast area was dirty and the breakfast consisted of cereal, toast and waffles. This was the first and last time at this place.

Not clean
Pros:

Conveniently located to take shuttle bus to Notre Dame concert. Fair price.

Cons:

The floors were extremely dirty, even in hallways. Walls had stuff all over them, really needs a good clean. The curtains in our room had tons of holes in them, not sure what happened. The place was not very clean.
