Great hotel, but far from all attractions
Pros:

This hotel is nothing fancy and has a small area for breakfast. The breakfast is amazing and even surprised us with waffles and other sweet things like chocolate muffins and sugary cinnamon buns. They have a nice pool, exercise room, office area and many free board games. The bathrooms were spacious but had the soap all the way on the far wall of the bathroom, too far from the sink. The people at the front desk are nice and quite chatty. Trying to find the hotel can be difficult because it's hidden behind a gas station. We missed the turn and had to circle back. They have coupons for the restaurants around the area which is great because most of the places are expensive. It's a great place to stay at in the area!

Accidental booking
Pros:

We didn’t stay. Accidental booking. Hotel says booking.com is responsible. Booking.com says hotel responsible. What a mess. Just a way to steal our money during hard times. We will never use booking.com or holiday inn express again. That’s a given.

Pros:

The breakfast was better than I expected.

Cons:

I didn't feel good all night because the bedsheets were wet. It would be nice if you pay attention to the humidity management in the hotel.

Pros:

parking lit was very icy and not cleared, no sidewalks around parking lot either so had to walk thru the icy parking lot

Pros:

Great hotel with a wonderful location just outside of Corning.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and great size for the price. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was average. My husband really enjoyed the turkey sausage, and I enjoyed the Special K cereal along with a yogurt. The variety was nice for a family so that there wouldn't be arguments and no one could say there wasn't something for everyone. For anything food or drink that wasn't offered at the hotel, there was a 7-11 right at the end of the parking lot so that was very efficient.

Cons:

If I had to pick something, I guess it would be the selection of milk. There was only 2% offered, which isn't good for those that want skim, or alternatives such as almond, oat, etc.

Good location, But price was a little high for what we received.
Pros:

The location was great for the activities we were doing. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the Corning glass museum, and about 30 minutes from Watkins Glen. The room itself was clean, aside from the mold in the bathroom.

Cons:

The breakfast area is very small, it’s a tiny nook in the lobby. The juice machine was broken, there was milk in a thermos and some bottles of juice in the fridge where yogurt is kept, but once they ran out they weren’t refilled and breakfast was very busy. There is also lots of mold in the bathrooms all along the ceiling and in the corners. We also checked in at 5pm and were informed that we wouldn’t have towels until later. Our check in was at 2, and our body wash was empty.

This hotel was generally fine for my purpose. Expensive, convenient.
Pros:

Convenient to get to Corning.

Cons:

I was put in a handicap accessible room. The shower sprayed out so much it got most of the floor soaked. The deadbolt on my door didn’t work.
