Bel soggiorno Napoli è NAPOLI.
Pros:

colazione completa di tutto e molto buono, la posizione è ottima, si raggiunge il centro anche a piedi

Cons:

le camere erano pulite anche il bagno,ma poteva essere anche più pulito e curato, nella doccia c'era muffa e calcare e i montanti delle porte del bagno erano gonfiati e ammuffiti, ci vuole veramente poco a rendere quest'albergo eccezionale.

Las habitaciones estaban limpias, aunque el edificio se caía por la suciedad
El hotel está muy céntrico cerca de la estación de metro y tren que puedes llegar a todos lados. La ubicación es buena.

Cons:

El desayuno era muy limitado aunque los camareros eran muy simpáticos y amables. Deberia haber más variedad.
El personal es simpático pero no están habituados a tanto turismo.
La zona es un poco incómoda por la suciedad y por la inmigración aunque está muy céntrico.

Pros:

Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile. Il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto educato e gentile. La posizione è comoda, soprattutto per la vicinanza alla stazione. Ho apprezzato anche la presenza del minifrigo e della cassaforte in camera.

Cons:

La camera non rispecchiava ciò che avevo visto nelle foto pubblicate dalla struttura al momento della prenotazione. La pulizia è da migliorare.
La colazione è stata l'aspetto più deludente: il buffet era piuttosto povero e molto ripetitivo, con molti prodotti confezionati e facilmente acquistabili al supermercato.
La zona circostante è piuttosto sporca e personalmente l'ho trovata poco sicura. Considerando il prezzo pagato, mi aspettavo maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, e soprattutto una colazione più varia, fresca e curata.
