It was acceptable. Staff was helpful.

I like the proximity to the airport.
I like the on-site restaurant.

Cons:

I did not like that it was so difficult to get a shuttle from terminal A. The A.I. answering system never gave me the information I needed to ask for a shuttle and kept directing me in circles. Finally an airport police officer called and ordered the shuttle for me.
I think the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. I have stayed in much better for less money.

Diverted flight so it was easy to book an unexpected stay.
Pros:

It was right in the airport & sound proofed so it was quiet. Nice size king bedroom.

Cons:

Carpet is so hard to pull a suitcase on. Carpet looked a little dirty. Furniture was showing sizes of wear & tear. Restaurant didn’t have enough staff for all the people who needed to eat at 7:00pm .
