The facilities were great, the staff were the best part.
Pros:

It was clean, quiet and the staff were exceptional. We were in Cleveland for a family medical emergency. The staff did everything they could to make our stay as easy and unobtrusive as possible. They were all kind and courteous and went the extra mile, from the ladies at the front desk to the attendants in the breakfast room to the maintenance staff. I can’t say enough great things about them.

Cons:

The gate on the little dog park was broken when we arrived, but they fixed it immediately.

Every staff member was extremely helpful, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating, making us feel welcome on our first stay. So, we have already made reservations to return.

Cons:

Frustratingly attempted [in vain] to purchase some snacks and inidentals but self-checkout was not functional and since there was no "Plan B" we couldn't purchase what we needed for our lengthy trip home.

Pros:

The place was nice newer clean, they had a nice breakfast and the room was great

Cons:

Parking we paid for parking then we came back at night and their was no parking spots. We were fortunate enough to find a spot on the street but then had to move the car at 9 in the morning because it's two hour parking on street after 7. The front desk said the would take the parking fee off our card but didn't.
