Pros:

It was very clean, the staff was wonderful, and the shuttle was very convenient. We will definitely stay there on our next trip.

Cons:

It was a little confusing where to park to check in, and the snow made it a little more difficult. Once we were checked in, the rest was wonderful.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable. The kitchenette had dishes, microwave and refrigerator. It also had a nice size prep space and small sink.

Cons:

Finding the entrance was a little tricky, but I called an ask before I went to the hotel.

Location was great, but would not be my first choice for future visit. That breakfast though. Hmmmmm
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast was some of the best I have had at a hotel. Good variety and the refill on the options, which changed slightly every day, was plentiful.

Cons:

I'll just say that the room served its purpose, however, there were several issues that completely ruined our stay there.

The staff at the front desk was cordial and pleasant. They were not at issue.

The weird air conditioning system in the room left me sweating and worn out. There was very little body wash in the shower, and we never got room service, so it never got filled. The pillows on the bed were terrible. While we weren't there to watch TV, when we were in the room, the remote didn't function properly.

Although the air conditioning issues was said to be addressed, it still somehow didn't function properly and i was drenched in sweat overnight, Friday, and Saturday. All in all not the best stay for anywhere I've been.

Manager, Brett Wolff, was very understanding of the issues, and said he'd do his best to address them.

That you couldn’t walk straight from parking garage floor over to your hotel room without going to first floor then back up the elevator.

La colazione rispettava cio' che questa catena di hotel offre, quindi se non si e' troppo esigenti va benissimo svegliarsi e fare una colazione tipica americana.

Cons:

La pulizia generale dell'albergo era scarsa, dal pavimento della hall e del pavimento della camera alla polvere che si vedeva ad occhio nudo in camera, sui vari oggetti.

Very unprofessional, borderline rude
Cons:

Only stayed 1 night, I was charged for 2 days of parking. Staff was screaming at kids using the f-word right at the entrance. I had young children with me.
