The location is excellent and near the museums that we wanted to visit. The room is spacious and clean, and the bed is very comfortable.
The breakfast lacked variety and the dining room was small and a bit over crowded.

I like the shuttle service provided and the kitchen in the room.
I did not like that you have to pay $25 a night for parking. I did not like that the bathroom was not clean and had hair all over it. The dishes in the kitchen were all dirty. The staff was pretty rude. Breakfast was mid eggs were like water.
This hotel was very nice, spacious and close to the Cancer Center. Walking distance on a nice day. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Shuttle service avaliable if needed. I highly recommend this property if you have Cleveland Clinic visit where an overnight stay is required!
Parking was a little confusing, it's behind the property and unloading luggage was a challenge . Suggestion right behind the hotel is a parking garage where you park, but to avoid carrying bags long distances; use the little alley right before the garage and directly behind the hotel. It's one way, you can drop your backs at the rear entrance and then park your car in the garage!
Full-size refrigerator, walk-in shower, very comfortable bed and sofa bed, and most importantly pet friendly!

Excellent location for the primary reason for my stay- an appointment with the Cleveland Clinic.
