This is a nice place especially if it’s an extended stay the rooms have a kitchen. Convenient area to Cleveland attracti
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. The lobby is nice there is a bar and a fire pit. The rooms are nice and clean. The pool was fun for my kids. We even watched the fireworks on top on the parking deck!

Cons:

We didn’t know until we got there that there’s a $25 per night parking fee and we drove two vehicles. The nice clerk at the desk that checked us in was very nice and accompanied us so well however there was a discrepancy about the room and we were awoken at 11p to a random man walking in our room (not his fault he was shocked too) but the male desk attendant pounded on our door demanding us to leave the room and come downstairs to sort this out because we shouldn’t be there. He had a very nasty attitude. My kid and elderly mother luckily didn’t hear this incident. We did nothing wrong. We spoke to management but it wasn’t much that could be done. Other than that the hotel was great!

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Size of room was good.
Location was ok if u have a car.

Cons:

Housekeeping was terrible. Does not understand a basic room turnover. Example no refill of bath soap, coffee machine still had previous guests filter, no new coffee, shower had hair.
Bed bugs in the blanket.
Was on a 3 week US & this was the worst hotel.

Location was great for what I needed. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Somehow a room that should have cost $199.75, including tax, was charged to my visa for $250!!!! Instructions weren't clear on where to park or cost for parking. I had to go back and move my car. The staff gave no info on wifi until I asked. I had to ask about breakfast. They just handed me the card for my room. There weren't ice machines. Bed wasn't comfortable.

Super kind staff and clean spacious room
Pros:

Room was fantastic for myself, my boyfriend, and pup! Was easy to walk to the Cleveland Clinic from the hotel. Parking was easy and the dog area was super close for when my pup conveniently needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The staff was super friendly and were very accommodating! Will gladly stay here again in the future when I have more appointments. Room was very clean and had all the amenities we could possibly need.

Cómo, pero sucio (¡muy sucio!)
Pros:

La habitación era amplia y bastantae cómoda. No tiene buen aislante sonoro con la habitación que está en el piso superior, pero sí con el hall del piso. Tenía buen espacio, aire acondicionado que pudimos manejar desde la habitación (en otros hoteles esto no es posible y sí que hace parte de una buena experiencia), había elementos de aseo básicos y televisor con la posibilidad de configurarlo con las cuentas propias de plataformas así como una alternativa para el check out de olvidar todos esos datos. A pesar de estas buenas cualidades, ¡el aseo fue desastrozo! En primer lugar, la información no es clara acerca de la frecuencia del aseo: se hace limpieza día de por medio y esos días tiene un intercalado adicional de aseo completo y una limpieza superficial. Los primeros cuatro días nunca fueron a limpiar la ahbitación. Pregunté y siempre me decían que pasaban día de pormedio; yo comenté, con el paso de los días, que no habían pasado ya en 4 días y me decían que no les era posible revisar los días de aseo previos (?!). Cuando pasaron a asear, la limpieza es bastante pobre, ¡lo increíble es que la vimos en vivo y en directo!: la persona entró, al tender la cama solo subió las cobijas y acomodó las almohadas (no sacudión, ni templó sábanas); no limpió el piso, ni el polvo (anexo imágenes de eso, tanto el interior de la habitación como el hall del piso se ven sucios, con mucho polvo y basura en el suelo); solo sacaron la basura hasta el último día, lo que generó que tuvieramos bolsas de basura acumuladas en la habitación; ¡incluso pensamos en pedir escoba y trapero para asear nosotros la habitación! Esto, por el precio que cobran, es absurdo.
