Pros:

I'm not typically one to write a review, but the staff here was really exceptional. My family and I stayed here during the winter storm and brought our 6 week old baby. They were very helpful and did everything they could to make sure that we were taken care of and comfortable. Room was very clean with a great bed, shower, and tv. If I have any visitors come into town in the future, I'm sending them here.

I liked the location. It was convenient to get places.

Cons:

There were stains on the floor. A bug crawled out behind a mirror on the wall. The bathroom had brown scum in the cracks of the floor.

The person at the counter the checked you into the HOTEL could not get our credit card to be excerpted by the Computet. He had to contact the GM for assistance. Then somehow after 5 swipes of my Credit card the card was excepted magically. What up with that???
