Very sad
Pros:

Had to get up 3 times to stop the toilet from running. Everything the A/C shut off it would wind down. Didn't get much sleep at all. Mentioned above

The gentleman that looked me in was great but past that point nothing

Thwy put me on the second floor which was fine but it was next to the storage closet or mechanical room what ever it was all I herd was a males coice on a 2 way radio loud enough to hear over my TV rhen slams the door and it just kept happening so I left not even a hour after being their told the lady at the front desk I was checking out after I asked for the management that wasnt their and couldn't even get a refund which is fine I will never stay in another holiday hotel..your staff needs to take notes from the black gentleman that was booking people in id not I assure you they will be alot more unsatisfied customers...

Pros:

Convenient location, good breakfast, great coffee. I love how they festively decorate for various occasions. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. I had to clean it a bit before using it.
