Posizione ottima.

Cons:

La camera era sporca e gli asciugamani macchiati. Camera troppo piccola per due persone, non c’era spazio per muoversi e nemmeno un comodino. Colazione solo salata, avrei gradito qualcosa di dolce.

Cons:

Śniadania- bardzo ubogie. Jeden omlet dla dwóch osób, albo jedno jajko, jedno masło, dosłownie dwa plasterki ogórka i dwa plasterki pomidora. Trudno to nazwać śniadaniem, tzn porcja tak mała, że trudno się najeść.

Odlična lokacija, jako ljubazno osoblje. Zadnji dan smo imali raniji check out iz sobe radi leta i došli su ranije dati nam doručak. Higijena kupaonice bi se trebala malo poboljšati ali to nijr pokvarilo ukupan odličan dojam.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we had a truly perfect experience. First of all, the reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Especially Mehmet, who took great care of us and assisted us with everything we needed. He made us feel very welcome and special from the very first minute. It’s always wonderful to see such a friendly and professional attitude 😊
Our room was extremely clean and everything was prepared with great attention to detail. The bed was very comfortable, and even the smell of the room gave a feeling of freshness and cleanliness. The bathroom was spotless and the products provided were of very good quality. I can honestly give a full 10 out of 10 when it comes to cleanliness 🧼✨
The location of the hotel was also perfect. It is very central but at the same time quiet, so we were able to sleep very comfortably at night. The restaurant area was stylish and spacious. The breakfast was far beyond our expectations. There was a wide variety of food and everything was fresh. The service staff were also very fast and very friendly ☕🥐
The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is definitely what makes this hotel stand out from others. I would especially like to thank Mehmet again. He is not just doing his job, he really cares about the guests and their satisfaction. A hotel that has employees like him will always be successful 👏
In short, in terms of location, cleanliness, service, breakfast and staff friendliness, this hotel absolutely deserves a perfect 10. When we come back to Istanbul, we will definitely stay here again without hesitation. I highly recommend it to everyone

Реально в своей путешествующей истории в первый раз такое. Мы от проживания получили реальный стресс.

Сначала предоставили не тот номер который Я бронировал. Я бронировал одна двухспальная кровать. Нас заселили в номер с двумя кроватями. Туалет не работал,окно единственное не открывалось. Я высказал претензию. Это было в 23:45,раньше добраться из аэропорта не получилось. После извините скандала с моей стороны нам предоставили номер с одной кроватью. Мы были очень сильно уставшие и согласились,по крайней мере всё (относительно)работало. Потом фото предоставлю. Утром на рецепшене никого не было,работал только ресторан. Нас покормили завтраком,ну после других гостиниц Европы очень своеобразным. Ну ок спасибо что покормили. Я подошёл к официанту и спросил где админ? Он сказал нету говори,что хотел. Я показал фотографии,что в номере не так,он разозлился и сказал что то не нравиться ,взял чемоданы и до свиданье. Я сказал у меня всё уплачено и съезжать не собираюсь. Дальше,за всзвремя прибывания номер ни разу не убирали,туалетную бумагу ходил просить в ресторан. Администраторы ни разу не появлялись. Даже когда съезжали просто на стойку ключ положили и всё.

Ennyiért ne várjunk csodát, de amit tudnak, kihoznak.
Pros:

A személyzet kedvessége minden hiányosságért kárpótolt.
Alapvetően tisztaság volt, én azért a szobák falain egy szivaccsal végigmennék, hogy 1-2 foltot megszüntessek.
Azonnali melegvíz.
Reggeli nem bőséges, de pont elég és friss.

Cons:

Mintha én burkoltam volna a szoba helyiségeit. Az ablakot szigetelni kéne, a zárt ablakon fújt be a szél.
A törölközőket lassan illene lecserélni, mosáshoz pedig egy kis ecetet adni, mert kőkemények voltak a törölközők.

Budget friendly accommodation in a central location.
Pros:

Excellent location, I walked to all the major tourist attractions.
Staff were very polite and attentive.
Small rooms but that was completely fine for my 2 night stay.
I would stay here again and would recommend to solo travellers, friends or couples.
Complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch!

Cons:

Just general maintenance of the furnishings would be good.
