スタッフの皆様方には大変親切丁寧に対応して頂きとても良かったです。
夜中の洗濯乾燥機の爆音にはビックリしましたが。あとは、エアコンの使い方が分からず、暑かったなぁ。夜中だったので、言えませんでした。

毛布、フェイスタオルの追加も有難かったです。

娘と一緒に宿泊したのですが、娘はハウスダストアレルギーです。
埃がひどいと、くしゃみが止まらなくなり、鼻水もダラダラ…
今までホテルに宿泊した事は何度もありますが、今回は入室して間もなくしてからくしゃみを連発し出し、鼻水もダラダラ。。。
風邪を引いてしまったのかな〜⁈と思っていたのですが、朝起きてカーテンを開けた瞬間、カーテンからの誇りが部屋中に充満。。。
窓を開けたのですが、立て付けが悪くなっていて、開けても閉まってしまう状態。。。
窓が開かないせいで、清掃の際、換気が出来ていなかったからなのか、部屋の中が埃だらけ。。。
娘も、もぉ嫌だと言い出しましたが、二泊先払いで予約してしまっている以上、キャンセルも出来ないし、した所で新しい宿を探すのも手間だし空きもないかもしれないし…
そんなんで二泊しましたが、帰ってきた今もまだ鼻水はとまらずです。
人手が足りないのはわかりますが、こちらも安い金額ではないお金を払っている以上、清潔にされている部屋に宿泊したかったです。

エアコンで涼しくはなるのですが、暖かくする空調は時期のせいなのか作動しませんでした。やはり、旭川ですので少し寒かったですかね。部屋は広くて快適でした。朝食はビュフェ形式ですが、メニューが少なめなので4泊しましたが、一度だけ食しました。
