Serenely calm property, a perfect base from which to explore Galle Fort and enjoy sister hotel on Unawatuna beach.
Pros:

Serenely calm property. Tropical garden nicely manicured. Staff couldn’t do enough. No alcohol served, but staff happily went out to fetch cold beers.
Close proximity to Galle Fort, a short TukTuk ride away. Has a sister hotel, Tartaruga on the nearby Unawatuna beach to which we had free and full access. Perfect combination for a day on the beach followed by exploration and dinner in the Fort. Can’t recommend this property highly enough. 🪷🕉️🙏🏻

Beautiful hotel where you immediately relax highly recommend
Pros:

Beautiful little hotel and setting
Relaxing environment calming music played by the pool
Staff so happy to help us they cooked evening meal on arrival.
Lovely breakfasts every morning.
They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable.
Arranged a tuk tuk to take us into town and around the beaches. Highly recommend.

Schönes Hideaway in Galle
Pros:

Dies war eine meiner Lieblingsunterkünfte in Sri Lanka!!! Ruhig in einem Vorort gelegen, kleines Anwesen, aber liebevoll gestaltet und die reizendsten und aufmerksamsten Mitarbeiter.
Mit den Tuktuk ( sehr lustige und zuverlässige Fahrer, die vom Hotel gebucht werden) in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Das Sri Lankesische Frühstück - einsame Spitze. Der Pool - tatsächlich einmal erfrischend und wunderschön gelegen.
Wir waren, wie so oft in diesen Wochen, die einzigen Gäste aufgrund von vielen Stornierungen wegen des Krieges im Iran. Ich bin jedoch sicher, das sich auch bei Belegung aller vier Zimmer, hier wunderbar gekümmert wird!
Vielen Dank nochmals an das ganze Team !

An oasis in Galle
Pros:

Serene environment. Beautiful pool, excellent food, great location and easy to get a Tuk Tuk to Galle fort without all the noise. Staff were great and were extremely helpful in particular Indika ( who also helped to arrange a driver to our next destination), Madusha and Lahilu. Room was lovely. Shower was hot and appreciated the fridge and tea and coffee in the room.
I particularly recommend their Sri Lankan curry with all the veggie side dishes for dinner. The best one we’ve had in Sri Lanka.
Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

У нас был дом с 3 спальнями, дом супер, прекрасная территория. Живет красивый варан), иногда выходит. Очень приветливый и радушный персонал, говорят на Английском и чуть чуть-чуть по Русски. Все чисто, завтрак вкусный и сытный, Если захотите приготовят Ланкийский обед и ужин, цена такая же как и в кафе, возможно даже дешевле. До пляжа далековато и грязный, ездили на тук туке на Джанго бич и в Уну, на туке 15 мин.
Очень рекомендую!

Magnifique hôtel à proximité du fort !
Pros:

L’hôtel est vraiment charmant et le jardin très bien entretenu.
Piscine très agréable.
Chambre spacieuse et très jolie.
Le fort était accessible en à peine 5 min de tuk tuk (commandé facilement grâce à l’app Pick Me).
L’équipe de l’hôtel était vraiment très gentille !

Cons:

On aurait aimé pouvoir avoir de la cuisine sri lankaise proposée au petit déjeuner (nous n’avions pas demandé la veille si c’était possible).

Sehr gerne wieder
Pros:

Und hat vor allem das sehr nette Personal gefallen, die für alles Tipps und Lösungen hatten. Wir waren in dem Haus untergebracht, das sehr viel Charme hat und inmitten eines sehr gepflegten Gartens liegt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur ca. 5 min mit dem Tuktuk nach Galle Fort.

Lovely small hotel 10 minutes to Galle Fort. Beautiful pool and garden, v friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Bird filled garden. Very good value for money too

The property is beautiful set amongst a tropical garden, away from the bustle of the beach areas and the busy localities. It is still near to the beach around 10 minutes on a Tuk Tuk to the beach and around 5 minutes to the Galle fort.the best feature of the property were its people, we were served by 3 gentlemen who took every little care of us. They cooked delicious srilankan food for us after consulting with us, not set menus, they just found out what we liked and catered us accordingly. The finest were the Bilin curry, the dried fish and the spicy beef. Everything else was excellent as well. They took great care of us, and they themselves were great company to spend the time in the evening.

A perfect oasis from which to base yourself in Galle
Pros:

Bilin Tree House is an exceptional place to stay. It’s perfectly located being near to Fort Galle, yet in a beautiful and tranquil oasis away from the noise. The welcome from the whole team was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, and you really felt cared for without ever being intrusive. The facilities are great, the rooms spacious, and the pool is great for a swim in between sightseeing. We ate there in the evenings and the food was perfectly cooked and plentiful.
I have no hesitation in recommending it…it’s a special find!
