I was charged twice…not something I take lightly. Charged by you..then even more from Marriott
Pros:

The place itself was clean..and not an issue pretty good location.

Cons:

I paid for the room thru booking on the 14th and they said I had not paid and charged my card again when I had the paid receipt in hand. Plus a fee that will be refunded once the room is checked.
The staff wasn’t really rude just overworked one person on a busy week is not enough there.

Great hotel and value
Pros:

Great location—the rooms are large and very nice!

Cons:

Breakfast could be better-not as many options as other Fairfield Inns and breakfast staff had a very difficult time keeping up with refilling foods and keeping the area clean. All other staff—reception and housekeeping-were very friendly!

Cons:

I had request a tub for medical reasons, but told me suites didn’t have tubs and because I had reserved thru a third party, they couldn’t move me to another room. The desk got a little testy about booking thru third party.
