Unhappy with customer service

The room was large and comfortable.

Cons:

We extended our stay by 1 day before our original booking. We never received confirmation from the hotel per booking. When we called the hotel to get a response as advised we were told to go back to Booking.com. Loop with no success. I decided to book a separate booking for the extra day. At check-in I explained to the receptionist who confirmed we could be checked in to our room for the duration of the whole stay - both bookings. We simply needed to come down the next morning to check out of the single booking and check back in for the remainder of our stay. She told us we would not need to change rooms. When we did as asked the next morning a different receptionist Willow said she couldn't speak for what we were told the night we checked in, but we would in fact need to change rooms. When we tried to explain what had happened and why we had tried to prevent having to repack and move she said again there was nothing she could do. She was unwilling to consider a resolution and was exceedingly rude. Made for a very poor experience.

My stay was amazing and perfect for my family.
Pros:

It was clean and quiet! No issues at all. I will stay there again when I come back to the Smokies.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the deposit was disclosed. It wasn’t a big deal but wouldn’t mind knowing this information before hand. It wasn’t still a 10/10 stay.

Very comfortable to where it felt like an apartment with a lot to sight see.
Pros:

Had so many locations around it to visit/explore so it’s a perfect location to site see. Easy to access the parking lot and had a lot of spots too! Clean and stunning lobby along with well decorated rooms :) Everything was essentially provided which was really nice and I found it inexpensive!

Cons:

Nothing in particular apart from the tone/attitude of the front desk staff who checked me out.
