No breakfast served, in room no tea cup & boiling kettle
Nothing.
I had to switch rooms twice, staying in three different rooms in one night due to severe cleanliness and maintenance issues. Every room was dirty, with trash, filthy bathrooms, stained headboards, hair near the tub, roaches (dead and alive), and appliances barely working. One room had a broken door lock, which felt unsafe, especially while staying with my two small children. Management and staff were disrespectful, and I was even threatened by the manager with not receiving a refund if I left a review.
The hotel does not offer any breakfast. The location was very convenient.
No food selection or service
No breakfast served
If the room had been ready to be rented we checked in and Tv's didnt work no shower curtain lights bulbs needed changed. Pool was not clean and unusable
The location
They no longer have free breakfast the place was run down needs to be updated outside side door smelled like urine food on floors
Location
Really dirty and low class
Overall it was an good room for an weekend stay anything longer probably not it was very clean besides the tub needing to be cleaned more & bed was super comfortable
The lobby of the hotel was nice. The rest was disgusting. The carpet in the halls were stained throughout. The doors were in horrible condition. The place reeked of smoke. The elevator had a 3" drop/step up to get in and out. I tripped, which is how I noticed it. There was no toilet paper when we got there. The blow dryer was super old and didn't work. The outlets weren't working and were cracked. The rooms were in a lot better condition than the hallways, but still not great. Beds were fairly decent for being a hotel bed. Shower was gross. At the end of our stay we had forgotten something in our room (hours before checkout) our key stopped working and 2 additional keys didn't work, the front desk employee (he was super nice!) tried to manually get it open to no avail, then it randomly opened with both the keycard AND the manual key inserted. The pool was fine, it was freezing though! I would not recommend this hotel unless you're fine with the filth. We got a much nicer hotel for not much more per night, this hotel would have been ok for half the price we paid.
Great staff and excellent facilities at a reasonable price!
Hey hey, it’s crazy. Y’all is holding my deposit back. I’ve been there for five days. It was old food in there. It didn’t look like the room ever got clean. I was finding stuff behind the TV. My people found a peel in there and you’re trying to hold my deposit back. I didn’t call or call nobody on y’all about how a room looked at. I’m just trying to see what can I do cause I feel like there’s no way that she should be able to hold my deposit. Nobody came up their room service or nobody to clean my room. I do nothing. I know if they watch the camera they see that I was sick and I was heart to wall, but it is some way that I can get in touch with somebody because I feel like I need my money.
I also work in hospitality for 3 hotels in North Carolina, when I checked into the room I noticed right away that the floor had not been vacuumed, trash from previous guest behind the armoire, and there was no shower curtain. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was super nice and friendly about it and had housekeeping bring a curtain immediately. I will say, it was quiet and I had no other issues than the cleaning. A little TLC and this place has good potential.
the rooms were so small
Clean
There is barely anyone at this hotel and I see why. The hotel room we are in is disgusting. The bathtub has a bunch of dirt and stains. On one of the walls, there's a stain that looks like blood. The floors had stuff all over it from what I'm assuming is the previous guest. I tried talking to the staff about a discount for the condition the room is in and I was told the manager was on vacation so we have no solution. I wasn't expecting anything crazy but at least a clean room. I will not be coming back.
Clean, staff was friendly
