Small hotel
Friendly. Caring staff.
Great location.
Es realmente de los hoteles donde más cómodo me he sentido
The room I booked had a refrigerator that did not cool bread enough to prevent mold. The cook top had no controls and quickly was dangerously hot. It needs an induction cooktop, 49.00 on Amazon. The two women who cleaned my room did an excellent job. The breakfast was sparse and was not a true continental.
The American manager increased my bill by 100-150.00 for reasons neither I nor Booking.com could figure out. He responded often in Spanish which I don't understand. He did not seem to recognize or honor my Booking.com reservation which was in CDN and US dollars, and not in pesos. I was surpised that Booking.com could not intervene, although some help was provided. I have been a Booking.com customer since 2000 and this is the first time they failed to make a hotel owner honor the contract as originally reserved.
ha atencion de su personal
Todo estuvo muy bien.
The location was great and the staff were too. Kudos to all, especially Andrea, Brenda, and Jesus.
Some of the other guests were loud, slammed doors, called each other names.
Room comfy and clean, staff great, quiet, quaint
Expensive, breakfast not great
Exactly what wanted. Hardboiled eggs. Fruit. Bread. Juice. I was very satisfied. Good coffee. The staff was wonderful. Exceeded my expectations.
Great location, friendly staff,
La cama, con un colchón de lo más confortable.
El desayuno, inigualable.
La simpatía del personal
Cama muy incómoda. Ruidoso. Apariencia de suciedad. Para nada corresponden las estrellas
Great hotel in good location. Continental breakfast every morning. Very friendly staff. Heat in bedroom, which is a rarity fir Mexico.
Nothing.
Staff kindly & helpful Alexandra was extra helpful. Always cleaning, did an excellent job doing our laundry
Poor timing. City wide celebrations of loud music late at night, then bombs set at 6am. From Nov20-30. Then the lobby of hotel began remodeling, drilling ,etc all day. I understand new ownership. Another time may be more enjoyable. Rooms clean, somewhat small for the price.
The staff are amazing and the bed so comfortable! Location perfect! Saturday hot breakfast was great.
The continental breakfast could include cereals as well.
Our four-night stay at Hotel Casa Blanca was outstanding, with warm energy, a welcoming atmosphere, and staff who went above and beyond at every turn. Their thoughtful service—from anticipating our needs to adding personal touches—made the entire experience truly unforgettable.
That we had to leave.
I loved the hotel and it's staff. Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to make me comfortable. For example, I booked a spa package and a staff member walked me to the location. I could have easily found it but it was lovely that she made sure I got there without a problem. My bed was large and comfortable. There were a bunch of pillows just like I have on my bed at home (It's a girl thing, don't judge me!). My room had a patio which was shared with the room next door. There were plenty of dining option within walking distance, and Lake Chapala was about 2.5 blocks away. A continental breakfast was available. There's a small local restaurant right next door I frequented a couple times. The shower was large and had great water pressure. If you wanted to cook a meal, or in my case heat up leftovers, there was the means to do that. I appreciated have a fridge to keep my insulin cool. I highly recommend Hotel Casa Blanca.
Having to leave.
