Staff was wonderful. Nice and quiet

Not sure why they allowed us to book a room that wasn't even availible when we got there. Room was fine, floors were pretty dirty inside. Had to check out this morning for work, NOBODY at the front desk or anywhere in sight. Looking on Expedia we see that contactless check out is 'available' but nowhere on the property is that mentioned or listed. Called the front desk to confirm the check out, and the woman sounded like she was literally asleep. I'm not sure if people off site are answering the number provided, but that was probably the most difficult conversation I've attempted to have with someone who didn't seem to have any idea what I was talking about. I have not received the emailed reciept I was told I would receive by her, by the way.

It had mold and TVs didn’t work

You get what you pay for here. It's the economical choice. If you are only staying for a few hours overnight on the way to get back on the road then go for it. If you're looking for a longer stay I'd look elsewhere.

The Staff Member Alan was so rude. Wouldnt even let us check in.

The place was clean and comfortable to sleep. The only issue was I noticed some sketchy ppl around the area, nothing happened to my car though.

Review: Disappointing and Unsafe Experience
I recently stayed at this hotel and was deeply disappointed by the experience. The atmosphere felt unsafe from the moment I arrived, with groups of people smoking marijuana and loitering around the entrance. This created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment, especially since there was no visible staff presence to address the situation or ensure guest safety. The lack of supervision or security was concerning, and it made me question the management’s commitment to guest comfort. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a safe and pleasant stay.

Great people

No food options, no microwave in room. The microwaves were all removed from all rooms. While registering we were told "no fighting". The room looked like there were 2 beds and one was removed, leaving a streak of no paint on the wall. Emergency exit information was gone, light bulb was burned out, the security latch on the door did not work. Sketchy people hanging out on the first floor.

Staff was rude and awful

The furniture upholstery was filthy. The bed sheets were stained. The AC was VERY LOUD. When the AC shut off the fan blade kept clanging. The bathrooom exhaust fan had the same issue except is was constantly clanging. I didn't use it because of that.

Pool was closed for maintenance. No breakfast, terrible cable. Not that many channels. Webs on ceilings, bulb out above the sink. The neighbors next to us were really loud, screaming and running around. NOT recommended

Floors hallways dirty. Pool said under maintenance. No breakfast served. We felt discriminated against by day staff. The amount of mosquitoes that were able to findthere way in the room was ridiculous. I will never step foot on a choice hotel property again.

Front desk guy was good! No pool, no cont breakfast, remote not work, tv had stripes, meth dealer out front at 10PM and a tweaker lady who I think may have been front desk personelle at that time of day. She was having a weird interaction with the dude (dealer), as we pulled up, she looked uncomfortable and rushed into the lobby and the old red corvette dude sped off in his car. Run down bbq and kids broken stuff on one end, felt like a lot of homeless folks.

Definitely would not stay here. Was made uncomfortable by front desk staff and ended up staying somewhere else because it felt too unsafe. Save time and just spend a little more on a better hotel!

This place was a total dump. The pictures that are posted do not reflect the actual property. It was disgusting and should probably be condemned!
