Pluvio restaurant and rooms

At first booking I thought it would just be a place to rest the head. But once settled in we were extremely happy with the accommodation and felt very lucky that we found this place.
Defiantly worth it.

Tolle Ausstattung. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.

Beautiful rooms, great attention to detail in everything. I loved the selection of books about Ucluelet, the little monster toy welcoming us. The coffee and tea in the room was delightful, as was the bento box breakfast everymorning.

Although this place is a little more expensive, it is a beautiful unit. They even had a personalized message for me when I checked in my room. This place is very dog friendly. Unfortunately the room was pretty hot and the air-conditioning was down for service.
I like my room cool at night. That was the only issue. Everything else was great. Staff was friendly and my room was very clean and comfortable. If you’re a dog owner or even if you’re not, I do recommend this place.

Large clean room. Very comfortable bed and a good nights sleep. Lovely bathroom with heated floor appreciated.

By far the most thoughtful hotel I have ever stayed at! We will definitely be back.

Very classy boutique hotel. Heated floors were a bonus ! Bento boxes for the morning were exceptional. Beautiful gardens out back and rooftop. Would stay again !!

We stayed two nights at this property. On the first night, we enjoyed an absolutely fabulous 5-course meal, with wine pairing for each course; the food courses (and carefully-selected wines) were excellent, and the entire staff was very helpful and well-informed.
There was only one disappointing feature: although I understood (and respected) that the buildings were definitely non-smoking, I was somewhat disappointed that I was told that I couldn't enjoy a cigar in the furthest (unused) corner of the parking lot); however, the rest of our time there far outweighed that small negative feature (which some guests might, of course, consider to be a very positive feature!).

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete moderne Zimmer. Schönes Ambiente mit Kräutergarten hinter dem Balkon. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war fantastisch.

Close to amenities like restaurants, grocery and liquor store and waterfront. Enjoyed the deck and shared patio for a quiet outside place to sit with a drink or to read. Loved a unique breakfast each day with allowances for our dietary restrictions. Super coffee using the French press… yummy cookies. Nice artistic aesthetic touches in the room, and extras available like books, puzzle, cards. Lovely shower and warm floors. High class!

We really enjoyed our stay there. The room was cosy, super clean and very quiet. We loved the bento breakfast box. The 5 course dinner at the restaurant was absolutely wonderfull and would easily deserve a Michelin star. Lily and Warren are running a true hidden gem there ! Thank you.

Beautiful property in the heart of Ucluelet. Very clean and modern rooms with a nice view off the covered deck when enjoying the French pressed coffee in the morning. Friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast. Would stay here again next time for sure.
