The staff was very nice and the property was clean.

Cons:

The coffee maker in the room was bad. For an extended stay I expected a regular sized drip coffee maker, instead it had a mini that only worked w hotel pre packaged pods.

Pros:

the rooms are not insulated for freeway noise. It felt like the window was open the freeway sound was very loud. Iti is an industrial area, so loud ordinances are not enforced and LOUD music event was blasting and cars racing and burning rubber until 2am.

Lousy.
Pros:

We stayed here for four nights - never again. Half a block from an outdoor concert venue (which is not explained in the hotel details) - forget about sleeping and be ready for concert goers to be collecting outside at all hours. Elevators sound like they are coming apart. Woefully under staffed housekeeping - could not change the soiled sheets we found at check in for eight hours - when we returned to our room and discovered nothing had been done I reached out to hotel management who finally sent an overworked housekeeping person up to clean the room after I complained. A bag of trash remained outside the elevators on the fourth floor for three days. The elevators themselves had not been cleaned - evidenced by the spent tissues that were left on the floor for days. Goofy street access is through a narrow vertical driveway that appears to be serving a bank near the property - which has blocked a second access to the hotel with a temporary chain link fence - really stupid. Breakfast is a typical representation of powdered eggs and stale baked goods, waffle iron etc. and watery coffee. The staff in general is friendly and accommodating - but they have a difficult time making up for the overall tone of the hotel. Sorry Marriott, this place is more like a motel 6.
