Zabrakło gwarancji miejsca parkingowego, problemy z płatnością gotówką, rachunek tylko w języku angielskim, mimo że potrzebny był w języku niemieckim (duże zaskoczenie, że w Niemczech można odstać tylko dokument w języku angielskim, odwrotnie jeszcze można by zrozumieć). Brak gwarancji parkingu w miejscu gdzie brakuje tych miejsc poza hotelem, a hotel dysponuje własnym parkingiem jest sporym problemem dla tych , którzy chcieliby spędzić tu kilka dni i pojeździć po okolicy. Pokoje niestety nie dają poczucia komfortu ze względu na niemal całkowicie przeszklone łazienki (co prawda szkło mleczne, ale niewiele to przesłaniało), łącznie z częścią prysznicową. Może dla par, ale brak prywatności w tym pomieszczeniu chyba nie każdemu odpowiada. No i na koniec coś czego nigdzie do tej pory nie przeżyłem, a podróżuję sporo. Uprzedzono nas w recepcji, że w piątek pokoje nie będą sprzątane tylko dopiero w sobotę (przyjechaliśmy w czwartek wieczorem). zatem w piątek można było nieco sobie pospać. Szok przeżyliśmy w piątek ok. 10.00 rano, kiedy obudził nas czyjś głos, a nad łózkami stał jakiś obcy facet w płaszczu z teczką pod pachą i coś mówił (może dobrze, że byliśmy w łóżku a nie pod prysznicem). Na żądanie wyjaśnienia sytuacji, uzyskaliśmy informację w recepcji, że prawdopodobnie był to jakiś inspektor, chyba od spraw pożarowych. Delikatnie mówiąc słabe. Zaproponowana rekompensata w postaci napojów w hotelowy barze była też dość nieprzekonywująca.

Da wir regelmäßig bei Ihnen sind ärgert es schon ein wenig, wenn die Preise je nach Veranstaltung in der Stadt auf das Doppelte explodieren, auch wenn das normal ist. Ist eben ein blöder Beigeschmack. Aber außerhalb dieser Veranstaltung sind wir sehr gerne bei Ihnen

3 Tage und Nächte in der schönsten Stadt des Landes
Pros:

Hotel und Zimmer sehr modern und sehr sauber.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück enthält alles, was man sich so am Tagesanfang wünscht.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag neben der Be- und Entlüftungs-
anlage auf dem Dach. Bei geschlossem Fenster
konnte man aber gut schlafen.

Pros:

Sehr gutes abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Lage ist optimal, direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle, Personal sehr freundlich.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind platzsparend ausgerichtet aber man hat alles was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend, vielfältig und lecker. Das Personal war zudem sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Falls wir wieder einen Aufenthalt in Dresden planen, ist dieses Hotel unsere erste Anlaufstelle, weil wir wirklich allesamt rundum zufrieden waren!

Pros:

The location was very convenient and easily accessible from the train station.

Cons:

The design of the shower floor should be improved. The drain is not located where the water naturally flows, so the water tends to pool into the middle of the floor without draining properly. This also results in a very wet bathroom.
