Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und in Ordnung.

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr kompetent und nett empfangen. Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Wunsch, ein ruhiges Zimmer zu beziehen, wurde erfüllt. Das Frühstück war gut. Gepäck durften wir auch hinterlegen. Die Lage ist auch perfekt. Gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

alles prima, gerne wieder, sehr angenehme und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.
Pros:

Lage gut zentral, Straßenbahn direkt am Ausgang, Zimmer modern und ausreichend, super schnelle Aufzüge, sehr angenehme und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, gell Frau Noelle Becher :-), Parkplätze erfordert Fahrerfahrung. Frühstück superklasse, Cafe sehr lecker. FAZIT: gerne wieder

Cons:

4,50€ für ein 0,33 Bier, 8,90€ für einen Gin Tonic, Eiswürfelmaschine defekt, Parkplatz für 25,00€ die Nacht. Das ist sportlich ambitioniert. Mann muss das Angebot ja nicht annehmen, Discounter gleich um die Ecke, aber hier ist großes Potential zur Besserung.

Wird wieder gebucht, wenn es wieder nach Dresden geht.

Lage war gut, direkt beim Bahnhof, man war schnell im Stadtzentrum, auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Im Bad wäre mehr Ablagefläche gut, das Frühstück war ausreichend und vielfältig
