We had a wonderful stay at Asmald Palace Hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxing.

One of the highlights of our stay was the tour to Rishtan and Margilan organized by the hotel. Everything was perfectly arranged, from the comfortable transportation to the well-planned itinerary. We enjoyed visiting the famous pottery workshops in Rishtan and exploring the rich culture and silk-making traditions of Margilan. It was an unforgettable experience.

A big thank you to the entire Asmald Palace team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Fergana Valley and will definitely stay here again!

Repetitive Mistake
Pros:

Location is OK. Facilities is also OK.

Cons:

By mistake they charged me three times… they promised to refund me which they did after three days they were chill about it since it had happened before

Excellent
Pros:

Great stay here. The hotel is conveniently located near all attractions - we pretty much walked everywhere. The rooms/beds were very comfortable and the pool looked great - although we didn’t use it. The restaurant served very tasty meals - note there is no alcohol at this hotel. Best of all though were the staff. They were so warm and engaging and helpful. Thumbs up to them! They organised our ride to the border and we turned it into a day trip enroute, going to Rishtan and Margilan along the way. Thanks Mohammed! Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

It would have been good to have a large water dispenser in a common area like many other places have. Putting little plastic bottles of water in the rooms doesn’t seem very eco-conscious.

Das ist grundsätzlich ein gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Wir haben uns dennoch aus folgendem Grund betrogen gefühlt: die Rezeption hat uns gesagt, dass es ausschließlich noch die höherpreisige Junior Suite gibt. Die mussten wir also nehmen, und uns wurde dieses Angebot bei Booking freigeschaltet.
Wie sich herausstellte, gab es noch "normale" Zimmer, wie ein Blick in auf die Buchungsseite vom Hotel ergab.

床などは清潔。冷房は効いていた。

Cons:

水捌けが悪い。シャワーを浴びたら洪水。排水溝の掃除がされていない。不潔。Wi-Fiは弱く、ないに等しい。

Un séjour merveilleux ! Foncez !!
Pros:

Cet hôtel est génial : le personnel est extrêmement gentil et aux petits soins (à l’image de toute la population de Kokand qui est adorable), le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est copieux et délicieux, la piscine est propre et spacieuse.
Le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent également !
Nous avons très gentiment été gratuitement surclassé dans une chambre splendide : le lit était moelleux comme un petit nuage et c’était extrêmement calme.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici et aurions vraiment aimé rester plus.

Great hotel, great location, great staff
Pros:

The hotel outperformed my expectations! The staff is very friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is great, as it is located in the centre of the city next to Kokand’s landmark. The service was excellent, and the pool and the room very clean. I had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed my meal on the terrace. I will come again, thank you!

Мой отдых в этой гостинице оставил только самые приятные впечатления. Всё было великолепно: номер, обслуживание и общая атмосфера. Бассейн всегда был чистым и ухоженным, что сделало отдых ещё более комфортным.
Отдельно хочется отметить превосходный сад — красивый, ухоженный и создающий особую атмосферу спокойствия и уюта. Персонал показал себя настоящими профессионалами: все сотрудники были вежливы, внимательны и готовы помочь в любой ситуации.
Также хочется похвалить ресторан — вкусные блюда, отличное качество обслуживания и приятная обстановка. Спасибо всему коллективу гостиницы за прекрасный отдых — с удовольствием вернусь снова!

Останавливались в гостинице Asmald и остались очень довольны. Чистые и уютные номера, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, спокойная атмосфера и высокий уровень сервиса.
