Pros:

Hotel formidable avec un personnel tres serviable. Les chambres sont magnifiques. On y mange aussi très bien dans un restaurant très bien décoré.

Прошу передать мое обращение владельцу или главному управленцу. Меня заселили в 103 номер, где кровать одна двухместный, но матрасы одноместные соединили на кровать и положили, что когда спишь по середине кровати проваливаешься. Номер рядом прям со стафф номером, каждый звонок в ресепшн очень хорошо слышен в номере, в коридоре кто проходит и разговаривает сильно слышно, уже почти 12.00 часов ночи, но шумно. В номерах нет шумоизоляции, что каждое движение слышно. И когда такие нации как китайцы соседи это вообще какой то ужас. Цена завышена за такой номер. Есть по всему миру хорошие отели где цены ниже, но получше и ни так шумно. И первый раз вижу когда номер рядом с туалетом для стафф и номером, ресепшном. Это наверное в менеджменте гостиницы есть халатность. Ваша ценность это ваши гости, в 12.00 ночи менять номер из за неудобства это конечно не очень хорошо. К сожалению мне не понравился.

For our last stay in UZ, we decided to go with a pricier hotel, and it met our expectations.
Pros:

Upon arrival, we got upgraded to a bigger room. Location was good and could get around by walking. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

Ate at the restaurant the first evening and the meal was just okay.

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Wir haben ein gratis Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen und wurden zu unserer Anreise auch mit einem extra Frühstück bewirtet. Das Restaurant bietet sehr gutes Essen an, falls man nicht in die Stadt gehen möchte. Unser Ausflug mit Mohammed zu den Keramik- und Seidenwerkstätten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank nochmals für alles!
