Cons:

Автобус привёз подростков и они с 22-00 до 00-40 шумели прыгали в бассейн , кричали , бегали по отелю ! По спать нормально не получилось !

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Das Zimmer war sauber, groß und komfortabel. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Personals, das uns bei Fragen sofort geholfen hat. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden, und auch das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

L'hôtel préféré de mes enfants sur notre voyage d'un mois en Ouzbékistant! Chambre très confortable (climatisation efficace, très bonne literie, baignoire!) avec super piscine entourée d'un jardin. Le service était impeccable (on nous a retrouvé/ramené nos lunettes oubliées au bord de la piscine, on nous a organisé une séance de visionnage, en pleine nuit, d'un match de la coupe du monde de foot sur grand écran! On a aussi adoré le restaurant dans sa décoration de jungle: on y mange assez bien, y compris pour le petit dej. Très bonne situation, on a marché jusqu'au palais en qq minutes.

Cons:

un peu cher comparé au reste du pays (c'était ma nuitée la plus cher de tout le séjour...)

We had a wonderful stay at Asmald Palace Hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxing.

One of the highlights of our stay was the tour to Rishtan and Margilan organized by the hotel. Everything was perfectly arranged, from the comfortable transportation to the well-planned itinerary. We enjoyed visiting the famous pottery workshops in Rishtan and exploring the rich culture and silk-making traditions of Margilan. It was an unforgettable experience.

A big thank you to the entire Asmald Palace team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Fergana Valley and will definitely stay here again!

Repetitive Mistake
Pros:

Location is OK. Facilities is also OK.

Cons:

By mistake they charged me three times… they promised to refund me which they did after three days they were chill about it since it had happened before
