Muy cómodo y funcional para nosotros
Pros:

La cercanía de la habitación hacia la salida (me acompaña una persona con movilidad limitada)

Cons:

Apareció una pequeña arañita en la cama, lo entiendo por el jardín que está amplio y las plantas junto a la ventana (por cierto la chica que nos hizo la limpieza nos dejó un "ride casa y jardín"

Que no haya secadora,en los cuartos ni plancha . Pero lo que más de disgusto es cuando yo busque en Internet hotel con desayuno incluido me apareció este hotel, hice la reservacion y al llegar me dijeron que no tenía desayuno incluido porque lo reserve con ustedes . Que cuando se reserva con ustedes no hay desayuno y eso no le gustó porque yo reserve para 6 personas y fue algo malo que sucediera ya cuando estábamos ahí.

Pros:

El personal muy amable, todos, la ubicación del hotel muy conveniente, restaurantes a 5 min caminando, farmacias, a pasos del hotel, estacionamiento privado. , camas muy comodas, habitación bien iluminada, el hotel es muy bonito, me gustó mucho su patio, el restaurante tiene buenas opciones de comida y esta abierto todo el dia hasta las 11 pm

Se escucha todo lo que pasa en pasillos y afuera, las voces,portazos cuando llega un carro, a media noche se escucho la alarma de un auto y un grupo de personas que llegaban muy ruidosos, aunque puse el letrero de no molestar la señora de lavandería llego tocando ..en la foto de la habitación al reservar había cafetera pero cuando llegamos no había, preguntamos y dijeron que ya no tenían, me hubiera gustado que en el lobby hubiera cafe y te como en otros hoteles
