Pros:

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Very clean. The heating was a bit of issue. It was the old fashioned box heater attached to the wall. Without a thermostat attached, it runs non stop and gets very warm. The past two nights, I woke up at 2:30am to shut off th heat. However, a few hours later, it was cold so I had to get out of bed and put the heat back on. The lights in the room are very dim. Perhaps due to the fact that the hotel is very old, it may not have enough amps. But overall, no complaints. The staff was exceptionally nice

Challenging due to construction, but a clean and friendly place to stay.
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. The hotel was clean. The building is locked at night for security reasons, which I appreciated and I felt safe.

Cons:

The tub stopper didn't work, so you couldn't use the bath tub. When you turned the water on the shower leaked like crazy, so I got soaked just trying to start the water.
The parking at the property is terrible - there is all kinds of construction going on and you have to walk at least a block carrying your luggage to check in. Even getting close to the hotel right now is a challenge - it would have been nice if there were instructions given on the best way to get to the hotel during construction.

Highly recommend
Pros:

My stay was excellent. Wonderful and clean room with new furniture and new bathroom. Excellent location. I enjoyed it. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was the breakfast which was under expectations, I did not eat it because it was not fresh and with a couple of choices only. So I used my voucher only once and did not go for breakfast anymore.

Ok stay.
Pros:

Comfortable beds. Nice and helpful staff, especially ReiyanKa. Just abt 15 min by car to wherever you want to go in Regina.

Cons:

Old property with dirty bathrooms. Breakfast included is coffee, and bacon-egg-cheese muffin. Want something else, you have to pay. Unfortunately the hotell seams to be next to an area with a lot of homeless people.
