You book with Hotel.com and pay in advance. Then the hotel tells you they don’t have those rooms available. So there is extra to pay. Then they say they haven’t received money from Hotels.com so I was asked to pay them. Naturally I refused to pay twice. Eventually they agreed I should just pay the extra. After wasting a whole morning of trying to sort out this fiasco, I reluctantly paid the extra. The room had a balcony. Unfortunately the door to this had been left open for numerous mosquitos to share the room!
There's nothing Unique about this hotel
Terrible. I had reserved a double room which they never had such in their facility but advertised it. Had speak with the manager who’s in Sweden Ei tried to talk me into accepting one of their small rooms which I refused . They refused to refund me . They crooks because they tried manipulating me to pay again after I had paid on Expedia . Wouldnt recommended this for any traveler they gon stress you out.
Poor customer service. Said they couldn't find a booking under my name and then had me pay more than the booking suggested despite showing them the email confirmation.
Apart from this issue the hotel is noisy, unclean (stains on bedsheets), and is situated down an unsavoury unpaved road, which feels unsafe especially in the dark.
The buliding is nice but inside is very bad. No wifi for 24hours during my stay
