The room I booked and paid for did not have a sleeper sofa as advertised. The vanity was super tiny made for 1 person. The room was setup for handicapped person which I’m not handicapped nor is my spouse.
Checked in late at night to find a bed that had not been dressed with sheets. The front desk agent was apologetic and helpful, "upgrading" me to a room with a balcony. It was a fairly empty gesture, considering the weather (30 degrees and snowy).
The bed was as uncomfortable as I've experienced in a hotel. The room was tired and not all that great.
The staff at the little food stand in the lobby all the hotel staff
It was old in the rooms and Ned’s updating. The tv didn’t work with the remote and CC was not working as a person with hearing impairment this was bothersome
Absolutely terrible! Management is rude and the food is terrible! We had problems with our rooms and no one could help
My husband has a room booked there for a month for work, his room was not cleaned for 3 day's so I called the front desk and told them. Two day's later they finally cleaned it. Here it is four day's later and my husband told me nobody has been in there to clean the room, he had to to take his own trash out and put a Walmart bag in the trash can himself, again I call the front desk on 1/18/2026 at 3:00PM and talked to the girl about this and explained to her that my husband was put on the every other day room refresh and that the Do Not Disturb sign was not on the door. She got very rude with me when I ask to speak to the Manager and refused to give me her name. She said they'll be looking forward to my call tomorrow and hung up. This is absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional.
Very disappointing stay. As a loyal Gold Elite member, this is the worst Courtyard I've experienced. The towel bar next to the sink was falling off, the bathroom lighting was dim, the in-room coffee maker didn't work, and the bed was rock hard. In the fitness room, the TVs on the treadmills didn't work, the wall mounted TV appeared to be disconnected from cable, and there were no cups for the water cooler. The bar had not a single bar of bourbon, and no limes for my wife's gin and tonic. Very apparent that this property is poorly managed, as there is absolutely no attention to detail.
My wife already paid the night through hotels.com However, the hotel managed to charged her again, along with me (as I left my card for incidentals).
In other words, we had three nights charged for just one night stay.
The hotel room we had was very run down. The main light didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, there was a horrid smell on our floor, and the room air conditioner was stuck on 64 degrees.
I originally booked a room with 2 queen beds, but upon arrival, I was given a room with 2 double beds. It wasn’t a huge issue since we were staying for 3 nights and I was tired from a long drive, so I didn’t say anything.
When we got to the room, the door was very difficult to open — we had to push hard just to get in. Again, not a big deal at the time. Once inside, I noticed a stained grey cover on the bed, which we ignored because we were exhausted. However, I then saw that the pillowcase also had a stain, which was disappointing.
The next morning, I let the front desk know. They were extremely apologetic and kind, which I appreciated. Later that day, I went to the pool and saw a bowl in the water. I handed it to the front desk, and again, they were very apologetic. One of the staff even went to the pool to double-check that nothing else had been left behind.
On Saturday, I met a lovely housekeeping staff member named Monique. I explained the issues with the bedding to her, and she immediately took care of it. She changed the sheets, replaced the pillowcases, and gave the room a thorough cleaning. She did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated her help.
I chose to stay at a Marriott because they usually never disappoint. While the staff here was absolutely lovely and doing their best — especially during a busy weekend — the cleanliness and room issues were unacceptable. I may think twice before booking here again.
Stay anywhere else but here. This hotel has no natural light, coffee was terrible and the rooms are very outdated. Shower floor was so old and cracked that I had to stand on a towel while I showered.
The staff was courteous. The rooms were clean. Kind of disappointed The hot tub didn't work. This seems to be a thing lately. The shower was really nice Not used to seeing glass doors. Maid service Didn't do anything the second day so had to go to the desk to get more coffee. Not a big deal, but if they know you're staying more than one night they should at least refill the basic necessities. Like coffee and toilet paper and take the trash out.
I stayed for two nights and no housekeeping was done. Saw two employees still there after 6pm taking out the garbage while fire alarm was going off. Apparently bartender overcooked a pizza.
Late check in after midnight 5/29/25. On 5/31, my husband went to open the drapes all the way and noticed we had a sliding door to a so-called patio. Mind you we were on the first floor facing the parking lot. My husband went to open the sliding door and the lock was broken, the door was unable to be locked which meant we were in a room that could have been accessible by anyone from the outside, ground level. Cleaning staff apparently did not know this door was broken?? My husband went to the front desk to have maintenance called to have door fixed. He was told maintenance was not in at that time. My husband then asked for a screwdriver, being handy, would attempt to fix himself. They actually allowed him to attempt to fix, however, lock completely broken and unable to be repaired. We were then told we would be moved to a new room on the second floor and offered a free breakfast for the inconvenience. We had to pack up an already unpacked room, not as big of an issue as the open door for anyone to enter!!

Nice convenient location. Easy off and on the highway. Lots of dining choices nearby. Make sure you watch out for the geese during the spring-they do warn you. Lots of geese nesting in and around the parking lot.
The first room the fridge did not work and the lamp on the wall was falling off. Had to change rooms then the air conditioning in the second room didn’t work.
was here only from midnight to 7am. People at the desk were nice at check-in and when we left. Older hotel, rooms in need of updating, but the facility was clean.
