Pros:

Echt een heerlijk ruime kamer met alles wat je nodig hebt. Fijn bed en alles mooi schoon!

Convenient location
Pros:

The city is beautiful. Great location for exploring Maastricht as only a 5 minute walk in to the centre. The staff is friendly. Kettle also available and safe.

Cons:

Room was warm and was not able to cooling down the room. The window was small and not possible to open the window. We have reported it. It would be good to have a larger window with possibility to open. Thank you very much for considering this.

Expensive for this kind of service
Pros:

Location was close to the centre and they had a garage

Cons:

Came to breakfast and was asked if I wanted fried eggs and how they should be prepared. I asked for sunny side up. After 45 minutes it arrived and there was just 1 egg! Are you kidding me, I was waiting so long and got just one egg. Btw, came to breakfast one hour before it ended and nothing was refilled. One of two coffee machines didn’t work. Would expect more than poor breakfast and at least slippers in the room when I pay 200 euros per night.

Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid

Cons:

Geen hotelservice : bed niet opgemaakt, geen propere handdoeken. Alles onder het mom van het milieu. Dit is hun ´policy´ . Je had deze service kunnen/moeten aanvragen bij het inchecken maar dat werd ons -3 koppels - niet meegedeeld. Groot was dan ook onze verbazing toen we na een dag in de stad terug in het hotel kwamen en ons wilden klaar maken om op restaurant te gaan. Als je 173 per nacht betaald voor 1 kamer dan verwacht je toch wel deze service. Aan de balie gemeld en toen hebben toch nog propere handdoeken gebracht. Bed kon niet meer gedekt worden want de ´housekeepijn´ was al naar huis.
De topping op de matras vertoonde vieze vlekken (bruine kringen). Het ventilatiesysteem in de badkamer werkte niet alsook het koelkastje in de kamer. Dit hebben we dan ook even laten weten..
We hadden het gevoel dat dit een dure jeugdherberg was ipv een hotel

de flexibilteit van het personeel en de service-gerichtheid en het feit dat ik mijn fiets binnen kon zetten
De sportruimte ook prima, alleen zou de aanwezigheid van een yogamat wel heel fijn geweest zijn.

Cons:

Ik vond de kamer erg warm, ook 's nachts, Ik kon geen handleiding vinden van hoe de verwarming en de luchtverfrissing werkte. Er werd verwezen naar het TV scherm met de vermelding van de Bastionfaciliteiten, maar daar kon ik het niet vinden.
