Loved the location with walking distance to the enterprise center, stifel theater, and union station attractions. The staff were great with taking care of needs.
The price! The price for one night was $314 for a $120 dollar room. The room wasn't amazing but wasn't the worst. No included in the stay breakfast. The beds weren't comfortable.
Amazing place. Beautiful. Clean. Comfortable.
Didn’t like paying $40 for parking
The beautiful grand bar seating area
Can’t say there was
Location was good. Exterior was beautiful
Got double charged for parking. Did not recieve the room I booked. The shower head was about to fall off, mini fridge had food from the previous guests in it. Coffee maker did not have cups for us to use.
Amazing old train station and great history
Room heater breaking then changed rooms and next room had mold around the window
The parking wasn't very convenient to the hotel the parking was expensive. the room was very clean and updated. truly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the wait staff was amazing. We had a great time staying at the union station hotel.
We had 2, adults and 3 children we wanted to eat at the train shed restaurant outside on the deck by the koi pond, but the host inform us they were not allowed to take a chair from another table, because they only had tables to accommodate 4 people, so she offered us a table inside and at the time there wasn't any customers on the deck. We end up eating outside at Landry's seafood house.
We did not eat breakfast
Elevators took a long to get to the floor to pick us up. When we went to leave the 6th floor we got on the elevator waited in it for 5 minutes and it would not go. We ended up having to walk down.we
The lights, the decor, the room
Everything it was an excellent stay!
