no early breakfast for marathon runners despite this hotel being a st. louis marathon affiliated hotel. staff were not helpful and overall kind of rude - additionally they were not all on the same page regarding things relevant to the race this weekend. rooms were not super clean.
As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I have earned and come to rely on the executive lounge benefits that set this status apart.
The abrupt removal of complimentary soft drinks, breakfast, and snacks at Union Station St. Louis is nothing short of a betrayal of that loyalty.
This elimination of a core benefit will impact where I choose to stay and invest my money during each visit moving forward. I would urge the Union Station Hilton to reinstate these benefits and honor what few perks actually exist for Diamond members.
The Hotel is beautiful and very clean.
The Bed was leaning on one side and very uncomfortable.
The restaurant we ate at was not impressive.
No continental breakfast, not enough towels and wash clothes
The location was great. Staff was friendly. Room was overpriced for what we received. I booked in advance. The website said breakfast was included but name wasn't on the list. The website stated we would have access to executive lounge but there wasn't a lounge. The water pressure was really low. I could have stayed somewhere else much cheaper with same quality. I felt cheated. I chose this hotel over the four seasons. Huge mistake

The tv didn’t have streaming accessibility
La infraestructura, que tuviera entretenimiento en el mismo lugar (parque de diversiones, show de luces, exposiciones, etc)
Absolutely gorgeous building. Lots of things to do with young kiddos if you have them but still enough to enjoy for adults.
Roads going by the location are rough. Parking location is not well labeled if you have not previously been there.
Delilah is the kindest person. She was very personable and helpful. She was able to get me checked in early after several people gave me a run around. I appreciated her help so much. She was at the front desk.
The location was perfect. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Made me feel like family. Had an issue with the first room and they went above and beyond and handled it very well. We would stay here again.
The pictures online of the first room were a bit misleading. Not as bright of a room when you got there in person.
Overall good experience. Beautiful hotel. Room is comfy. Breakfast is good. Even though it’s missed here and there and overall the service is good
Loved the location with walking distance to the enterprise center, stifel theater, and union station attractions. The staff were great with taking care of needs.
The price! The price for one night was $314 for a $120 dollar room. The room wasn't amazing but wasn't the worst. No included in the stay breakfast. The beds weren't comfortable.
