Comfortable and easy stay
Pros:

Location was great because it was near where we needed to go. All staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Had a nice view. Bathroom shower was great. Did not hear noise from other rooms. Amenities in lobby were great and convenient. Retrieving car from Valet was quick and easy with text messaging system. Loved that you need your room key to get on elevator.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

Pros:

I like everything about this hotel. It was convenient to get around everywhere. There are a lot of shopping that museums. It’s a great location. I always stay at this hotel because it’s have amazing customer service.

Un « taxe »ajouté de $40 par jour dont une partie pourrait être utilisée (mais seulement partiellement) pour un repas ou un verre. Assez incompréhensible !
Les machines de glaçons partout dans les couloirs (pas trop loin de ma chambre) qui faisait un bruit terrible que j’entendais tout le temps ainsi que les personnes qui passaient et parlaient dans le couloir. Pourquoi ne pas ajouter une porte pour un peu de calme ? Dommage car le staff est sympa et l’emplacement idéal. Mais je n’y retournerai pas.

I was very pleased and happy
Pros:

I love the hotel property it was not far from the train station the front desk agents were great when I checked in and the room was excellent overall everything was immaculate

Cons:

I have no complaints at all. I look forward to visiting the property again in the near future

Great hotel for my parents to visit me in DC
Pros:

It was cosy, big hotel, well located. I put my parents in here and they were very happy

Cons:

There’s a Starbucks but it was closed when we were there. So there was nowhere in the building to get a good coffee. I got a filter coffee from downstairs but it was expensive

Clean, comfortable, and centrally-located hotel in central Washington D.C.
Pros:

The room, location, staff, and hotel were generally excellent. I was there for a conference and the hotel is near the convention center, so it was helpful since I have severe mobility issues. It was a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing, I would stay there again for personal or professional trips.

A hotel with great location & thoughtful consideration of providing choices of free drinking water
Pros:

I made a mistake with the booking by messing up with the check-in and check-out dates. My husband, my mom, and I were grateful for the booking.com customer service staff and the hotel's manager for helping us change the check-in and check-out dates to match our intended events to attend during our stay in DC. Thank you very much.

Cons:

The bed and the pillows smelled a bit musty, so it wasn't so comfortable to sleep in.
