La ubicación ayuda
Pros:

El restaurante ofrece buen servicio.
La ubicación es buena para recorrer el centro de Puebla.
Son amables en atender.
Si gustan de lo retro, aquí puedes sentirte en tiempos pasados.

Cons:

El estacionamiento es problemático, reducido y muy sucio.
El baño hace regurgitar el agua en el excusado cuando se usa la regadera.
La alberca es definitivamente no funcional, se encuentra en otro edificio vacío y no tiene equipo suficiente.
El bar no abrió a las 3 PM como prometieron, sino hasta las 4 PM. No parece ser nada grave, pero a nosotros nos afectó.

Buen precio y bien ubicado
Pros:

La ubicación y la atención de los empleados del hotel. También el servicio de estacionamiento y que nos ofrecieran un coctel a la llegada. Me gustó el precio!

Cons:

El baño y la ducha. Había varias baldosas rotas y la ducha estaba más o menos. No había ni tapete ni toalla de manos esos detalles me habría gustado que estuvieran.

La comodidad y atencion del personal, aunque un poco retirado del zocalo, pero bien

Cons:

El mobiliario del baño ya esta obsoleto , y esta ya manchado, la regadera no tiene como nivelar el agua , lo demas muy bien

No frills, clean and basic.
Pros:

Well priced and centrally located, clean, older fixtures but functional. No frills. Street noise can be annoying but not a deal breaker. Minimal Staff interaction. The Hotel is on the older side with not many modernizations. Puebla is safe and the Hotel feels safe. I was there during the week of Día de los Muertos and it was totally worth staying centrally located.
