I did not stay. I was shown 3 dirty rooms including and upgrade and declined.
Pros:

The staff did try to accommodate after complaint. They even offered an upgrade. But I couldn't do it after seeing everything I saw.

Cons:

This hotel is very dirty and dusty. They charge $100 deposit on top of the fee to stay and the cleanliness is herendous. Broken lights in the rooms. Torn chairs. Handprints all over the elevator's. Hallways looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Old soap scum on the bedroom bathroom faucet. Handprints and spots on the bedroom doors. Bed sheets looked frumpled and unchanged. Dirty shower heads. Leftover hair on the bathroom countertop. Pink ring on the inside of the sink. I felt so uncomfortable in this hotel. I did not trust staying here after seeing the lack of cleanliness.

Anniversary disaster
Pros:

The room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was included and was pretty good, but no non pork options were available kitchen didn't replenish Turkey sausage but had plenty of pork options which I don't eat. Cleaning staff was helpful in assisting with finding a lost piece of jewelry..

Cons:

Was not charged at property as stated.. Front desk staff made transaction difficult and wasn't very helpful. Stay began with a high level of irritation and staff was incompetent in explaining procedures for payment. Was charged for bottles of water that were complimentary on first stay there, but the waters were never touched because I brought my own. Be mindful of charges upon checkout. No assistance with getting bags to room had to be my own bellhop. Homeless sleeping in areas around the property so be careful where you park your car. Parking lot is well lit though in most areas. Room refrigerator didn't keep anything cold even after being turned up.ro high.

Meet my needs, except for the lack of jacuzzi.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Bar tender/server was great. Was not expecting a dining option in the hotel. This was very nice. It is very casual. I was tired and did not have to go out!

Cons:

$17 seemed a bit much for the breakfast. Really wished there was a jacuzzi.

Great hotel, worth staying here
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic, best of all the places we tried. Room was nice (got switched to a queen) and the AC worked good. We didn’t know Palmdale would have such a nice hotel. Definitely staying there again.

Cons:

Would have liked a king room that we reserved. The elevator was a bit far from the lobby.

My guess is this is the best place to stay in Palmdale.
Pros:

The beds were superior to many other hotels in which I've stayed recently, and the sound-proofing between the rooms worked. I could hear the neighbor's tv from the hall but not inside my room next door.

Cons:

The bar/restaurant was lacking the feel of a restaurant, but the food was tasty.
