Poor Cookie service....they should be given away with ease

Really liked Breana when we checked in Palmdale.
Did not like the fact that the staff is sooo greedy with the cookies. That's 1 of the only reasons I booked there. Because the location sucks in a bad drug area

Cons:

I didn't like that i had to walk outside the lobby after check-in to get to my room) everything was lock down that made it hard to use the lotions and shampoo ) That made the Hotel feel like a cheap motel and unsafe

We were greeted by a wonderful front desk person
Who was very pleasant?
Who made us feel comfortable and then provided some hot cookies for us. It was an awesome experience, all in all.
