One of the managers name Mr. Flaviu Dragomir was extremely bad attitude and bad personality he has 0 listening skills in 0 politeness
His voice was loud for no reason just because I don’t understand from the lady start and I ask her to call the manager he came Ian’s told me you give hard time to my staff take you staff from the room and go out of the hotel now of I will call the security guard to take you out.
I was Shocked and I told him I will call the police then he was ok.

Location is good, but rooms were not good. Also they should not charge parking from guest.
Nothing, we left next day.
Assaulted by a drunk in this hotel. Staff were not able to identify the suspect and advised me to call the police. Staff were not helpful in any way. Management weren’t helpful at all and advised that due to the large number of people in the building they were unable to assist further.

Great location and reasonable price
The stay itself was highly disappointing.
The rooms and bathrooms are significantly outdated and severely lack soundproofing; you can hear everything happening in the hallways and neighboring rooms. Accessibility is a major issue as well there is no lobby drop off area, and they charge parking fees even for brief vehicle access.
Furthermore, the property feels understaffed with minimal reception /security presence, and there is no on site restaurant or any other thing in the hotel, To top it off, their housekeeping policy requires a 24-hour advance notice just to get your room cleaned, which is completely impractical. The air con is below window and tells not to be put curtains on it
Management seriously needs to invest in modernizing the facilities and revising their service policies.
Es la primera vez en mi vida que llego a un hotel que no tiene ni siquiera restaurante y me pareció muy raro y muy ilógico. Tuve que buscar lugares cerca, sin conocer nada, para poder comer. En lo personal no me vuelvo a hospedar en hoteles que no ofrezcan nada de comer porque eso lo considero esencial. Luego uno debe buscar su comida y ni siquiera cuentan con microondas para poder calentarla o cubiertos.
Que no haya restaurante, mucho menos desayuno. Que uno tenga que estar pidiendo que limpien el cuarto y si no lo haces con un día de anticipación, ya no lo limpian hasta el día siguiente.
