The beds were quite comfortable
The pillows were lumpy. No breakfast facilities available. When my granddaughter asked reception for a fork, she was told to go to the pizza place up the road. Our room was next to a room that had a sign on it saying not to let the cat out, I don’t think that a cat should be allowed in the room, I wouldn’t like to be the next person to stay in that room. Also there was only used towels at the pool.

The location was good. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit.
The buildings and overall property felt quite old and dated, especially considering the price. The toiletries and bath towels also felt extremely old and worn, which made the stay feel less comfortable. Parking was expensive and added significantly to the overall cost.
While the location and staff were good, I would not choose to stay here again because the overall condition of the property did not feel worth the price. With better research beforehand, I believe I could have found a Hyatt or Hilton property in a similar price range with better overall accommodations.

The hotel needs a little revamp. I’ve been staying there for the past 15 years and I haven’t changed it. It’s a refreshment.
Just the location. That’s all.
1. The AC is SO old and unbelievably loud. It literally sounds like you’re at a Formula 1 race. We could barely sleep because of the noise.
2. Parking is ridiculous. Don’t get me wrong, they do have on-site parking, but they charge $50 per night when there’s a parking garage right across the street for about half the price.
3. We stayed for three nights and no one cleaned our room even once. No fresh towels, no trash removal, nothing.
4. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. 4 PM?? I know late check-in times have somehow become normalized in the US, but this still feels ridiculous.
5. They basically offer nothing. I understand not offering breakfast, laundry service, a gym, or a pool. Fine. But they don’t even offer water or coffee in the lobby.
6. Everything feels like an extra charge. Between the expensive parking and the lack of even basic complimentary amenities, the whole experience just felt greedy.
Overall, it felt like they were trying to provide the absolute minimum while charging as much as possible.
