Cons:

Parking was a bit expensive when retrieving one’s car several times. And not sure where it was parked, since it was stated on the paperwork that it could be at the hotel or on the street.

Great stay but housekeeping need improvement
Pros:

Location is great, near the city centre and attraction. The bed is comfortable.

Cons:

Our room wasn't automatically cleaned each day we were there, I had to call everyday and ask for housekeeping to come and clean (clear the trash, vacuum, etc).

Great overnight stay in centre of Victoria
Pros:

Great location in central Victoria, couple of blocks from the main harbour front. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Sofa bed was comfortable too. Breakfast had fair selection. Paid parking onsite.

Cons:

For the price paid we were disappointed to find that the room had not been set up for all four of us as booked (& booked some time ago), so had to chase the staff for extra pillows, linen, glasses etc. Not enough tea and coffee. Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. We have travelled and stayed in many places, and do not wish to be critical. This was a nice hotel but did not live up to our expectations.

Pros:

ベットシーツ、においがしない。

Cons:

窓側で工事中でホコリだったり、部屋は狭いのに、窓も開けられず、快適でない。
なのに宿泊料は高すぎ。工事中と知らせるべき。

All-around 10/10 experience!
Pros:

Great location, excellent customer service, very clean, possibly my best hotel experience in the U.S. The 1-bedroom suite was pricey but worth every dollar. Valet service was also excellent. I really appreciated too that I was able to check in early without a fee. I will book here again the next time I am in Victoria.
