Toss out the couch, put in a Murphy bed with memory foam. Owners need to check their product.
Pros:

Room 710 at Double Tree in Victoria BC. The main bed was quite comfortable, the room was well cleaned. The water pressure and warmth was great! The shampoos etc was acceptable. The view from our room was PHENOMINAL and a BLESSING!

Cons:

Wasnt willing to pay $20 for breakfast after the already high reservation cost. Breakfast should be free, it is the cheapest of all meals. The fold out couch was UNUSABLE! Therefore 1/3 of my money should be refunded. Please have the stakeholders come sleep on this and tell me if it is acceptable. I was reduced to sleep with my friend, with both of us we did not sleep well. With memory foam beds there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON for spring mattresses in a pull out couch. I know I am short but there is no reason those beds should be that high. Most people are sliding off the bed which will tear up the mattress edge sooner. The first day water bottles should be free to all, I’m more likely to buy a second at a reasonable cost.

The Location and the beds

Cons:

No TV remote, when we asked for a blanket, they only had an additional sheet.
It was advertised on the third part sight that you had a pool and the next guest, said the same.

Pros:

Exceptional customer service. I had dates issues as I mistakenly booked the wrong dates but the hotel staff were very kind to update the reservation and also accommodate our request in a short notice.
