Comfortable room at a great location.
Pros:

The suite was clean. Spacious. The bed was soft and comfy. Access to streaming service was good. It was well located to the inner harbour and old town.

Cons:

The air con kept on turning off and on. As it was loud was disturbing. I was advised I would be messaged when my room was ready but none was received. I confirmed my room did not face the construction site - but it did.

Decent stay with a nice view, but disappointing details and high parking costs.
Pros:

Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few things that didn’t match expectations.

Cons:

he room didn’t have a balcony, even though one was shown in the photos, which was disappointing. The view itself was nice, but the room was located right next to the elevator, so there was quite a bit of noise and traffic.

Another downside was the parking - it’s available, but very expensive, which wasn’t clearly justified.

Not a terrible experience, but definitely some room for improvement

Easy short stay
Pros:

Spacious room with convenient location. Valet parking only and there's a building next door undergoing construction, best to avoid getting a room facing that street. Appreciate Mer and Aleen providing activities and food of interests to our family. Overall very friendly staff.
