Beautiful stay
Pros:

The staff was really helpful even before coming to the hotel. They answered all emails quickly and also were happy to answer questions regarding our stay. We were greeted warmly and everything was explained to us! The room was very clean and modern and while staying there it was also cleaned very well while we left the room.

Cons:

The only thing I might critique is that in our room when the neighboring room was watching TV, you did hear it quiet a lot but for us it wasn't that big of a deal!

I had a wonderful stay at Prassede Palace Hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch—everything was spotless, well maintained, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. It instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

The location is perfect, especially for visiting Rome. Being so close to major attractions and transport made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. It’s one of those places where you can step outside and immediately feel the magic of Rome around you.

What truly made the stay exceptional, though, were the associates. Every single person I interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcomed, not just like a guest but like someone they were happy to have.

I would 100% recommend Prassede Palace Hotel to anyone visiting Rome and would gladly stay here again. A fantastic hotel all around! 💛🇮🇹

Pros:

La Struttura si trova praticamente di fronte alla basilica papale a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Roma Termini. è distante circa 10 minuti di camminata dal Colosseo e ad altri monumenti come la fontana di trevi e l’altare della patria. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa. Offriva i soliti prodotti di cortesia ma anche pantofole e balsamo per capelli. Lo staff è gentilissimo disponibile e preparato. La colazione è varia ed è servita al tavolo. Ottimo soggiorno!

Pros:

Amazing location and breakfast in the restaurant attached to the hotel.

Cons:

The AC is controlled from the reception so you have to ask them to change the temperature if you need to. There is some reconstruction going on but we only heard it on our last check out day.
