It’s a great hotel in a good location but just doesn’t feel like a 4 stars hotel.
Pros:

Lovely staff and great location

Cons:

I had a cold shower and the common areas were worn down. Breakfast was not the best either (no buffet), it was at the restaurant next door.

Enjoyable Few Days
Pros:

Good location 10-15 mins walk from railway station (for buses to airport). Reception staff were friendly and helpful in English to us whose Italian sadly is non existent. Restaurant meals were good value with plenty to choose from. Shower in our room had doors and was one of the few in our experience where none of the water ended up outside of the shower.
