Great experience! Would consider it again with room updates!
Pros:

The staff was phenomenal! Every single one were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond! The entrance and lobby were amazing! We really enjoyed the look and feel of it all.

Cons:

The rest of the hotel is great! The pool, the exercise room, the lobby, the bar.

Until you get to the rooms. The rooms definitely need a facelift. The patterned carpet acts like a kaleidoscope and hurts your eyes if your in the room too long. There were stains in the carpet and on the couch from previous visit Igor’s. The freezer to the mini fridge doesn’t work. When you take a shower, you’re basically left with a whole tub full of water because it doesn’t drain. My children slept on the pull out coach. When you pull it out the mattress cover was stained and had so many holes on it. Not a good look. For the way the rest of the hotel looked and the price. I definitely expected more from the rooms I would be laying my families head in.

My stay was disappointing due to cleanliness issues, outdated rooms, noise, and lack of privacy.

Location and the staff are great.

Cons:

I had planned to stay for a couple of days, but I ended up leaving early because the room did not meet my expectations. The bed and room need updating, and the cleanliness could be improved, as I noticed some stains. I could also hear noise from the room next door, and the window next to the door made me feel like I had no privacy. Overall, the experience was disappointing and made me decide not to stay for the full duration of my reservation.

The hotel was nice and clean!

Cons:

The lady in the kitchen who makes the omelettes. She’s very rude. This was my second time booking here but I will not book again. She was very rude and disrespectful to my husband. She acts this way every visit I’ve had. They should make a sign at the front that let’s visitors know it’s a 1 omelette limit so that your not publicly embarrassed and disrespected.

Staff very nice. Food was really good.
Pros:

Our bathroom light was not working. AC wasn’t working - too cold and couldn’t adjust temp at all. Was told “open our curtains should warm up room”.Couch/sofa bed dirty underneath. Place doesn’t seem as clean as prior years. Food was excellent though

Would not stay here again.
Pros:

We came to town for my nephew’s wedding, expecting a nice place, as we have always had great experiences at Embassy Suites in other locations. The only things likable were the location and staff was friendly.

Cons:

Pool was dirty, couldn’t swim. Bathroom near breakfast area had feces on the floor! Room was never cleaned while we were there. Overall, the hotel was very dirty!!
