My stay was very nice. I wish I could stay there for a week just to get away.
Pros:

The breakfast was plentiful. And there was pork and turkey options. There were enough options to go around. and the staff were very pleasant and hospitable toward us. My cousin was walking with a cane and I wish they would have asked us if we had preference of a room on the lower floor. But I didn't preference it either.

Cons:

What I didn't like, was, I can not think of anything that I did not like about the breakfast crew.

Cons:

I could hear the noise the entire time from the highway(road noise).
The bedding was not in the room for the sleeper sofa; the staff was very nice in bringing it up. I feel that I should not had to ask for it since I did have three guest listed for the room.
Lastly, the breakfast bar seem to be lacking in food. It was limited in the fruits and just did not seem satisfying. There were not any pancakes or a way to make waffles.We ended up eating breakfast at a restaurant.

I wasn't acknowledged at check in as a Hilton honors member or given a bag w waters like the other guests around me was. Property was older needed upgraded

Adequate.
Pros:

Staff was nice, excellent location. Water in the room was hot.

Cons:

The hotel was hot and my room was super hot. I turned down the thermostat only to learn that the air wasn’t actually on and we had to request that it be turned on. They need to renovate the entire hotel and update the HVAC because that was unacceptable.

My stay was perfect and would not choose another place. Embassy Suites will always be my #1 choice.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. It had everything i liked. The fruit was very good. Of course the location was perfect, as it always is. This is where I stay when I go anywhere. The omlette station is very good like always

Cons:

Nothing could be better. I The food was amazing.

I like the price and the size of the rooms

Cons:

Lady that make the omelets had a nasty attitude, older bartender could not hear good because he just put watever in a drink, they had a fire drill at 945am when they could have waited until 11am checkout time. The refrigerator in the room was not working. No late check out.
Overall service sucked.

I would 100% stay again!
Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! They allowed my son to 'check out' which made his whole day! The pool and the room were both very clean and up to expectations.

Cons:

We did not realize that there was a youth event at the same time- so the breakfast buffet was very overcrowded, the teenagers were not the quietest during the night and early morning. BUT it was not the hotel's fault, maybe a way to see what kind of events are going on at the same time would be helpful.
