Everything
The Breakfast, parking
Complimentary drink cards require each person to visit the bar !
The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was very good
Dint like that the pool was limited and it had to be scheduled
The good: huge hotel. Great location away from the interstate. Cool indoor planting beds and water gardens with meandering walkway throughout. Decent prices relative to other hotels in the area. King suite has separate living room. Breakfast was decent.
The bad: room was dated and a worn down. Looked like it hasn’t been renovated since the hotel was built. The restaurant wasn’t open when we checked in at 3 and even though it was supposed to be open until 11, was closed when we returned to the hotel at 10:30. Also, the hotel provided free drink vouchers but they could only be redeemed between 5 and 6:30. Weird. Also weird was that there was a $15/day parking fee that they make you scan a QR code and enter your vehicle info into a very confusing webpage instead of just asking for your license plate number and charging it to the room when you check in or when you reserve the room.
The breakfast and the service from the staff.
The room. Is clean but the furniture and bathroom tub need updating.
Muy lindas instalaciones y habiente familiar muy acogedor. Desayuno, bien.
La cafetera de una de las habitaciones, inutilizable por suciedad. El colchón del sofá cama destinado al tercer huésped podría ser mejor. Y la nevera de la otra habitación estaba regulada muy frío, congeló los alimentos que se guardaron en ella.
It’s tired. The main floor, public spaces were very nice. The person at the front desk, was also very nice, but our room… tired. The sofa lost its springs 5 years ago, and yet, there it sat. The ottoman was missing 2 of its 4 wheels. We had to sleep with the window open because it was 85 in the room. We even shut the heating/air conditioning unit OFF, and it was still 85. The woman making the omelettes needs a vacation, she did not want to be there, and I could find no other kitchen help during the breakfast time. They charge $15. to park. You’re supposed to use a QR code, but it says it couldn’t find the URL. I went in and they were very happy to charge me…even as an ADP employee. I wouldn’t stay again, nor would I recommend for anyone else.
Everything was good
Nothing
The breakfast buffet is absolutely great. The freshly made omelettes are fantastic. The staff at this hotel are amazing! They bend over backwards to make sure your stay is enjoyable.
The rooms definitely need an upgrade immediately. Paid for a “suite” but walked into what looked like a no-tell motel room back in the 80’s. Rooms all need an upgrade and the deepest cleaning you can imagine. There was visible rust throughout the bathroom.
Good
I like everything
The cancellation policy was NOT fair. Two rooms were booked, but in spite of Embassy suites saying they were ok canceling one, booking.com didn’t respect that. That’s totally unacceptable.
Good location
Found it absurd that you had to pay for parking upon checking in that wasn’t in the booking. I wouldn’t stay there again for that fact
Breakfast was great. Thw hotel is beautiful and clean.
Nice atmosphere clean this and breakfast was good
