Pros:

Die Lage ist super, ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Elbe ist toll. Die anderen Zimmer in den Hof sind klein und düster.

Cons:

Zimmerservice könnte besser sein. Kaffeemaschine statt wasserkocher, aber kaffee auch auffüllen. Eine Flasche wasser pro Tag statt pro Aufenthalt wäre kein Luxus.

Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage am Hafen.
Pros:

Die Dachterasse war spitze, Blick über den Hafen. Die Zimmer sehr groß, das Frühstück ist spitze. Die Lage des Hotel sehr gut für Hamburg.

Location was great. We ate at the restaurant which was good quality

Cons:

Room had no climate control. Hot and not possible to sleep. There was a fan in the room but this was loud and ineffective. The only purpose was to sleep at the hotel ahead of business meetings the following day. I would have been better waking up early and flying direct instead of staying the night before. Not worth the €200 premium

Schönes Hotel mit Abstrichen

Top Lage direkt an Elbe und Fischmarkt, Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend, ansprechendes Zimmer mit super Blick direkt auf Elbe und Hafen

Cons:

Wir waren bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen in Hamburg. Leider gibt es in den Zimmern nur einen kleinen Tischventilator und das Fenster konnte auch nur gekippt werden, weshalb auch Nachts kaum kühlere Luft ins Zimmer kam. Ist vielleicht dem Denkmalschutz geschuldet.

Tolle Lage, zentral mit genialem Ausblick

Cons:

Nach mehreren Aufenthalten fällt die Veränderung in der Dienstleistung Personal auf. Gina im Restaurant ist stark engagiert und sehr Kundenorientiert. Manch anderer könnte sich hier mal orientieren.

Sehr spartanisch und schlecht ausgetattet
Pros:

Das Bett war bequem und die Lage war super!

Cons:

Es gab keine Klimatisierung, was man hätte vorher sehen können.
Bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen ist wegen des Kopfsteinpflasters vor dem Hotel und der Autos aber auch keine Option.
Die Räume sind sehr hellhörig und das Personal war wenig hilfreich, nachdem ich die Garage (es sollte nicht die des Hotels sein) finden konnte.

Pros:

It was close to the Fischmarkt, super friendly staff, very good kitchen and great Rooftop Bar/Terras, the views are amazing, early morning watching the big ships passing by from out your bed, just wauw.

Cons:

The room looked a bit shabby and smaller then expected, the corner of the beds where all shabby. They were very difficult with the parking lots and very bad organised! Confusing to which parking area you have to go , the woman on the parking reception was very unfriendly and uncooperative! You pay for a five * Hotel, you could expect that parking would better supported!

GINN Hotel: immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Sehr modernes Hotel, sehr gute Lage und ein toller Ausblick auf den Hafen.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer zur Straße hin war es sehr laut. Schon früh morgens fuhren auch LKW über das Kopfsteinpflaster. Wir werden nächstes Mal unbedingt ein Zimmer zur Elbseite wählen!
