Nice place to stay.
Pros:

Good location. Easy in and out. The room was clean and close to front area so I didn’t have to walk too far (hard for me to do). Available handicap parking.

Cons:

The only thing was I’m short and it was hard to step in and out of the tub as the side was tall. I was concerned of a fall but it didn’t happen.

Subpar at best for a resort.
Pros:

Not much was thereb3 days never had anyone clean my room or replace towels.

Cons:

There was food under the bed the carpet in the room was dirty and that breakfast needs serious help, the eggs were watery and the biscuits were bricks.

We will do it again soon. We are looking at real estate in Bull Shoals
Pros:

Staff was friendly and professional. This was a double birthday trip and family reunion combined. The staff, especially Amber- front desk nd the location manager were WONDERFUL.

Cons:

Large gap at bottom of doors really increases noise level in hallways. The la k of USB pots for charging devices.

Everything was great except breakfast, which hopefully will be better. Next time we stay there.
Pros:

Did not like the breakfast. Really need improving.
Location was great accessible to stores restaurants just depend anything you need

Cons:

The breakfast could’ve been better thank you everything was microwaved. I’ve never experienced that before. Improvement would be at least getting the proper cooking tools for the food and some better choices.
