Gute Zimmerausstattung, bequeme Matratze, sauber, gutes Frühstück mit vielen veganen Angeboten, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, einfaches Ein- und Auschecken, nahe Lage zur Innenstadt

Fenster lassen den Lärm von der Straße sehr durch; der Schlüssel für die Haustür unten funktioniert teilweise nicht (man wurde vorgewarnt), was vor allem abends alleine (als Frau) unangenehm ist; alleine vor dem Hotel zu sein (Bahnhofsnähe) im Dunkeln fand ich unangenehm, aber da kann das Hotel nichts für

Lage top, super netter Empfang. Zimmer riesig und komfortabel. Es mangelt an nichts. Alles barrierefrei, großes Bad. Absolut bequeme Matratzen.

Frühstücksbuffet gute Auswahl, abwechslungsreich; Zimmer sehr geräumig, guter Fußboden (kein Teppichboden zum Glück),

Cons:

Toilettenbecken mit Kalkrändern und Kalkstreifen, es war sauber, sah aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen aus

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, die Lage am Bahnhof sehr zentral. Ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Es war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte die Fenster zur Bahnhofsseite und man konnte die Züge hören! Bei geschlossenem Fenster war das aber ok.

Enjoyed the stay

Their friendly customer service and person interaction with customers is super. The hotel is just about 2 mins walk from the main train station. The location is extra cool.

Tolle Lage! Hafen, Aasee und Altstadtkern in Kürze zu Fuss erreichbar. Hotel war sauber, bis auf Duschkabine. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück, wirklich toll!
