A decent one night stay
Pros:

The location is pretty good. There is many stores and things you might need on a trip in close proximity.
The staff are pretty cooperative. The Owner as far as we understood is pretty new to the whole thing.
The bathtub seems to be pretty good, although it was a 1 day stay so no clue as to how well it functions.
The shared kitchen is somewhat well maintained, although as far as they told us "Nobody uses it", so it's just for storing dishes I suppose.
There is an electric tea kettle in the room.

Cons:

The room wasn't cleaned up completely when we arrived there. We found someone's lost sock and several hairs on the bed.
The toilet had it's lead completely off. One of the power sockets wasn't fixed properly to the wall.
There was a strange fishy smell which none of us could identify.
The towels in the bathroom although freshly cleaned(?) weren't let to dry first so they needed to be changed as they were wet.
There is only one small trash can in the room, which is in the bathroom.

Last but somewhat less important, the staff *slightly* struggle with speaking English & Russian. Unsure about Georgian, but they do talk mostly in Turkish.

Комната был весь в пыли, до нашего заезда ничего не было готово, персонал отсутсвовал на ресепшене, ждали пол часа, постель и полотенце все было грязными.

Bad service not clean

Cons:

Because they are playing with client I just left my bag with the bill boy when I came after one hours they charge me 15 gel so normally in the hotels nobody charge extra money for the bag if someone is coming later.

If I go back to tibilisi will take the same room
Pros:

I liked how everything was simple, at the same time clean and you got all the needs.
Paul, was very helpful and made my stay awesome.
