The beach in the front is amazing and also the family swimming pool is very good.
The place was packed, too many people, difficult to find a good place to sit at the swimming pool. Also, many people save places early in the morning. When we tried to do the same, someone took our bag to lost and found place which was really upsetting, as many people does the same everyday and none of the staff seems to control it. Another thing was everything seems to be made for the people that comes with TUI company, I asked the staff about the schedules of the events and he told me to download the app, which was not pleasant as my family and I came booking directly with the hotel. Every night there was events happening at the square and I had no idea what expect, also they use to run until 10pm plus making impossible to sleep earlier than that, we could hear all the noises up to our room.
Der Strand ist ein absoluter Traum.
Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Hotel ein absoluter Traum.
Für Paare oder Ruhesuchende würde ich es eher nicht empfehlen, da es insgesamt sehr lebhaft und laut ist.
Die Zimmer sind Renovierungsbedürftig.

La animación siempre en inglés. A pesar del número de turistas extranjeros, no dejamos de estar en Mallorca y también hay niños a los que les gustaría disfrutar de la animación en castellano entendiendo lo que dicen, cantan…

i was shouted and scolded in a very loud and angry voice by a staff member who seemed to be a cleaner when I unknowingly tried to swim in the morning as my daily exercise routine before the actual start time of the pool. He was like "hey, you, come here!" for several times, so loud and angry that I felt like he was going to hit me in my face, before he angrily pointed to the info of opening hours of the pool to me. It seems that violating the opening hour of the pool is a serious crime you can't commit in the hotel, judging from the reaction of that very angry cleaner.
Мне было важно море, поэтому начну с него: пляж идеальный для семей с детьми - метров 50 (ориентир - пирс, в конце которого спокойно можно стоять в воде) неглубокая прозрачная теплая вода и золотой песочек. После обеда начинаются небольшие волны, но нужно отойти чуть дальше от берега и плавать спокойно всей семьей (там вода по пояс). Утром полный штиль. Иногда прибивает мелкие водоросли, но просто обходишь их и плаваешь у голубой водичке. В основном море голубое, даже лазурное, и из воды можно вообще не вылезать.
Есть аренда лежаков - 2 шт. за 21,50 евро на весь день.
На пляже предлагают массаж, воду, фрукты, кокосы, а также полотенца и прочую мелочь.
В самом отеле и рядом есть супермаркеты, в которых можно купить матрасы любой формы, нарукавники и спец круги для детей, еду, бытовую химию, сувениры и прочее, так что, в принципе, ничего этого везти не надо. Ещё отель принимает всё надувное, но я не знаю, как это работает, тк мы свой круг просто подарили семье на пляже.
При заезде выдают синие пляжные полотенца. Их бесплатно меняют 2 раза в неделю, но можно менять и чаще по цене 1 полотенце - 1 евро.
На пляже есть развлечения - сапы, гидроциклы и тд.
Есть несколько бассейнов, горка поменьше и побольше, а также 2 горочки в зоне для малышей.
От бассейна до пляжа никаких дорог переходить не надо, просто вышел из зоны бассейнов и кафешек/бара на песок, и ты уже на пляже.
Питание отличное. На мой взгляд на 3 звезды хорошее разнообразие.
В полупансионе включены 2 ресторана. Наверное, в других вариантах проживания есть напитки и, может, ещё бары и кафе, не знаю.
В основном ресторане справа есть детская зона для еды, но никто не ограничивает с детьми сесть и в основной зоне.
Утром: омлет на заказ и ещё 2 вида омлета, яйца жареные и вареные, вафли, блины, бекон, фасоль, картофель, сосиски 2 виды, колбасы, сыры, испанский уголок, жареные овощи, свежие овощи, фрукты, мюсли, сладкая выпечка, смузи, безглютеновый уголок, автомат для кофе, автомат для напитков и тд.
