Holiday Inn Express Anderson by IHG

Parking was really good. Breakfast is ok. Joey at the front desk is wonderful. Cleaning staff did a great job.

We enjoyed everything about it, from the service. The gentleman for the evening shift was really nice, made checking in great. Breakfast was amazing. Everything was clean, and I would love to stay there again if we're in the area.

Above the tub the ceiling looked like it was going to fall down (see picture). The tub felt like the ground was soft underneath and the tub felt wobbly. This was a highly rated hotel so this was a shock. I was working nights and sleeping days and it was extremely noisy in this hotel. Total disappointment and extremely expensive since there was a concert in town - room rates shot up taking advantage of the public.

We have stayed in a lot of hotels in Anderson before my son goes to Anderson University. Sadly this hotel was rundown. It was also not clean. We were very disappointed because we paid a lot for one night. I will never stay here again.

Convenient location to I-85, quiet with nice parking area

Refrigerator was leaking all over the floor. Moved to a second room and the same was beginning to happen in front of that refrigerator also. We kept the second room. Breakfast was delicious! Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice.

What an amazing place to stay! It’s quiet and oh so clean! The staff is friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is absolutely wonderful! When I come to Anderson again this will be my go-to home away from home.

Great staff and welcoming upon check in. I wish I had his name. We arrived a little bit was able to check us in. He provided information on breakfast and check out time.

I didn't like being awaken at 8:30 a.m. by the cleaning staff for the rooms. Then by her trying to come into my room by allowing herself in without my permission. Good thing I had the safety lock on my door. She didn't hear me when I told her I was sleeping and that I was good. She still tried to come into our room. Whether I had the don't disturb sign or not she still didn't have permission to enter my room. This really upset me and I told them they had a jackedup policy for cleaning the rooms. I did speak with the manager and he said that it was the hotel policy. I will contact them and let them know this is totally out of line and a invasion of privacy. Otherwise my stay here was just okay. I wilk be contacting this management of this hotel for further discussion about my stay. There policy need to be changed. Another thing there was a dog that was barking every night of our stay which I thought was very disturbing so I didn't rest well.

Property and room were clean. Had a better than average breakfast out which is included. Common areas a little dated but don’t really care about that much. Wish it wasn’t $700 for two nights on a football weekend.

Staff was friendly, breakfast choices were great, housekeeping did a great job. The room did have a slight musty smell. Would choose this hotel again.

Our stay was very relaxing and quiet, breakfast was excellent (abundance) cleaning service was friendly and eager to assist in any way, front desk personel very pleasant to talk to and available 24/7

We have stayed at this hotel before and had good experiences. Booked it for my family. Their car and five others were burglarized. The hotel has no cameras. Although the hotel was notified and police had been called by the time we found out about the car, my family was not notified or provided any information from the hotel. Communication on what occurred would have been nice.
