Pros:

All of the staff that I encountered were excellent! From the lady at the front desk, to some of the cleaning staff to both shuttle drivers that I met. Thank you to all of them!!

Cons:

I couldn't get the hotel wifi to work. I wasn't recognized as a guest.

I don’t know didn’t make sick could make trip ask refund call them and talk to the check people more then 24 hr before check time they said no problem and said I get a refund then get mail saying no I won’t get a refund so it really confused me so I was really confused and upset and disappointed

BEST HOTEL EVER!!!

When my family and I got to the Hampton Inn in Wheeling we were amazed by the friendliness of the staff! Every staff member we interacted with were smiling, and kind! We were told about all services the hotel had for kids, and adults, opening and closing time as well. The cleanliness was OUTSTANDING! I have been to many hotels, and this was the cleanest one I have been to in over fifteen years! The indoor and outdoor pools were amazing! Especially after a long drive and the kiddos needed to get some energy out. My eldest got to enjoy the weight room, and us adults enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfast offered was spectacular, the options given were friendly and delicious for all age groups! This hotel will always be our sleep destination when traveling to see family!
