Baymont Inn & Suites Florence by Wyndham

I made a reservation in February for Labor Day weekend reserved 3 rooms of 2 beds and pull out sofa bed. Was told that only 2 of those rooms exist at this location. Then said Nevermind we do have that. They planned on putting a mattress on the floor of a king room that they were in the process of evicting someone out of at 9:00 pm. We watched them throwing stuff out of a room (people’s personal belongings of someone that lives there) that they wanted me to use and dragging mattresses around to take to this room to have scrubbed and cleaned in 10 minutes. The place is a disgusting place that should probably be condemned. While all this is going on they charged my card for the 2 rooms that we did not use and the manager would not refund I’m in the process of disputing these charges in order to get my money back. There was Atleast 10 other people wanted out of there rooms while I was there for 45 minutes because of the filth in this place. Rooms have mold and we’re not cleaned I had 5 young kids with me that there is no way I could put there health in danger there. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! As I fight to get back the money that I spent

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. So disgusting that we decided to drive home rather than sleep there. The pictures online were clearly not of this place. The overwhelming stench of cigarettes and cheap air fresheners gave us nausea. The mirror was broken, there was a hole in the wall with insulation coming out, a slimy film in the bathroom and it didn’t smell like it had been cleaned in years.

Rooms were clean but out dated. Staff never answered the phones.My husband and I stood right out the entrance to the main desk and called the front desk we watch the staff not picking up the phone.however one worker when she worked was always on her cell phone..we only received towels for one.when ask for the second towel set we were told they didn't have any clean towels.they had a coffee machine in the room, but no cups.when going to front desk we were told we could only take one cup , they were for breakfast.breakfast was supposed to be included only seen cereal..one of the days the cook never even showed up to work..so stop going.was there for a week..do believe the homeless are send here to stay..the people hung out outside day and night.. no one bothered us but made us feel a bit unsafe. Cable service sucked.wont ever go back.. the room doors was strong so felt safe in the room..

The hotel is nothing but full people staying there selling drug and room are not clean. This hotel needs to be closed down

Diety no breakfast

Me and my family stayed booked a room here and what we saw online was definitely not what it was when we got here. The room was nasty dog food and cat litter everywhere. I asked for a vacuum and they didn't have one so they gave me a broom to do my own cleaning in my room. Neither TV worked in our suite and neither did the fridge. The pool was closed this place is a mess. People smoking drugs on the stairway and drinking liquor. There were no towels in the room and when I went to ask for some they told me that they can only give me one towel. Not to mention I have a family of four. Service is poor I do not recommend.

I was sent to three different rooms and each time the room was either occupied or was missing a bed and was trashed. It completely ruined my vacation.

No rooms available when checking in so I was given a room with no tv, to pillow, towels, very poor kept.

The front desk worker was fine. Check in easy. The room outdated, dirty, ac leaked, mold smell, no towels, sheets dirty. Woke up with a sore throat and running nose that i did not have. Needs a serious remodel and sanitizing.
