The staff at the front desk was very friendly and understanding, plus the room was so clean. I would 100% stay again.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a free hot breakfast. The staff is very accommodating and always helpful.

I have stayed at a lot of Hampton’s with my company, and I have to say this one has been within my top 5 . Sheila has been so helpful and kind with everything she has done above and beyond . O and I can’t forget about Matt when I check in he was very welcoming.very helpful . If you ever need anything just ask that will be accommodating. PS.tell them AJ says hi hope they remember me because I will remember them hope to come back to Florence soon. Was definitely a great stay.

Comfy beds

I am currently laying in the very uncomfortable bed trying to sleep so I can leave in the morning. I have stayed in many Hampton Inns...this one is near the bottom. It smells overwhelmingly like cleaning product. It smells like a shady hotel well below Hampton Inn standards. I can actually taste the smell as I breathe right now. My door has a gap wide enough that I can see the hallway.

The beds are just terrible. They feel worn out and old. The whole room had signs of very cursory renovation with stuff just painted over. And it has a barn door for a bathroom door. Not ideal for families.

Go somewhere else. There were many hotels that were priced similarly. I chose Hampton inn because I trust the brand. Poor choice, but I guess a good lesson not to blindly trust a brand.

This is my go to place for an overnight been here quite a bit, but will continue to come here as long as the service continues to be excellent, the breakfast girl does a wonderful job the front desk, very warm and welcoming, and the rooms are very clean

Our overall experience was amazing and we will stop at this location every trip now. The hotel was conveniently located right off I-75 but far enough back that there is no traffic noise. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The bed and bedding were wonderful for a great sleep. The only thing we didn’t care for was the weird layout of the bathroom and its barn door but that’s not going to deter us from staying here again. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be nice, too. Tanya checked us in and the experience was seamless and we felt very welcome to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with many offerings and extras that I’ve not seen at other hotels. Arlene did a phenomenal job of keeping the dining room stocked with everything and she was kind enough to get me some ice for my drink. The tables were kept clean and she had a kind word for the diners that entered the area. Again, we really enjoyed this visit and will be back on our next trip.

Tamara was the most wonderful person we’ve ever met. she is so friendly and so helpful. It’s amazing. It will keep us coming back knowing that she’s here I cut my arm and she fixed it all up for him and has taken care of my Amy who turned 70 yesterday she worked so hard she does everything. My wife’s birthday was yesterday and Tamara bought her flowers for her 70th. She goes above and beyond the call of duty.

You have two perfect employees on your breakfast team in Arlene and Tamara! We had such a nice breakfast experience. This is the best one ever. They were friendly and did an excellent job. You have two gems!!! Also Matt was so helpful to us. I hope to come back.
