Everything was great and I would love to go back!

Location was perfect for walking to restaurants w/o having to worry about parking. Room was very clean and bedding comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace. The balcony was very large and overlooked the creek. Parking was excellent, as was the free breakfast every morning. We will be staying here again!

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Room was clean and beautiful scenery from balcony. My wife and I spent a week at the motel and were totally pleased in all aspects. Great location

My wife and I always stay here when we take a trip to Gatlinburg. Clean, affordable, walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg and staff is always friendly. Would highly recommend.

This is one of 2 hotels we ALWAYS stay in when we visit the smokeys. The location is very good for walking, dining and shopping. The rooms are great with a mountain decor and gas fireplace for atmosphere. The creek views are perfect especially in room 207 - 212. All rooms are on the river but these rooms have the best view up the stream. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The breakfast is moderate to say the least but quite sufficient to get you up and out for a full day in the mountains or town.

My wife and I stayed for New Years and through the following weekend. We loved everything about our stay, especially the location. It’s right on the river with an excellent balcony view. Amenities were outstanding. We will definitely be back.

Very quaint. Access to town is great. We never moved the car. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Bears play in the river. Would stay again.

Old Creek Lodge is lovely! The balcony view of the Smokey Mountains can't be beat if staying on the Gatlinburg strip. The staff (all of them!) are friendly & trustworthy. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, & the gas fireplace quickly warms up the room. The lodge decor (both inside & out) emits a rustic, yet cozy vibe that coincides with a mountain retreat. Whether you are looking to get out and do things or stay in & chill in the room, it is always a perfect stay!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hotel!!! Perfect location to walk ALL around town. Close to many of the top restaurants in town. Balconies over the river in each room is an added plus! Listening to that river is what puts me to sleep each night.....
Trolley stops (red) nearby if you want to ride. You can ride to more of the center of town and ride back with your purchases. Free parking with some covered. Very comfortable bedding. Overall a great place to stay!!!

Everything was great.all of the staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend you to stay there.

Clean hotel, love the overall vibe of the decor. The bathroom was clean and a neat design, great shower too. The bed was decently comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great on the upper end of Gatlinburg, close to the strip but on the backroad overlooking the stream, good view from the balcony. Well worth the price.

The beds were so comfortable with sheets that were new and fresh. Quiet area with a bubbling stream right out your patio door! Best sleep in a hotel! And everything is within walking distance. It’s not a typical 5 star fancy but it fits Gatlinburg! The price is right! We will go back and stay with them again!

The lodge is in a great location & close to popular restaurants in town.
The room was very clean & the beds are really comfy There is a nice free breakfast bar that has a pretty good variety of breakfast items to choose from.
The staff is very friendly & helpful . We have stayed here before & will stay here again !

A great location with a terrific staff...The property is unique, and an excellent place to stay. Our favorite in Gatlinburg. Nice to relax while listening to the Creek, babbling below, while sitting out on your balcony.

Short overnight in Gatlinburg. Rainy weather but view from balcony was really pretty. Hotel is rustic style, very close to park entrance which was nice, breakfast very good. Don’t ignore their advice about bringing in food etc from your car!!! A guest told us he saw a bear on top of a car in early am in parking lot. Very easy walk to see downtown or eat out. We only had time for dinner but town looked fun and busy. Enjoy!

Love this place.. it’s not fancy but it has character .. in room fireplace , wood floors , comfy bed . They have muffins and coffee in the lobby in the morning .. staff is beyond friendly . You can walk everywhere from this location ..
added bonus , room has a balcony overlooking a pretty stream ..

We have visited the Gatlinburg area many times over the past 25 years but we have never stayed at this hotel before. I am so glad we chose this hotel and we plan to continue staying here. Great staff, spacious and clean rooms, great location and the bed was very comfortable also.

What a lovely older hotel .. the rooms where a bit dated ( the walls were an ugly mustard yellow stucco) the room was immaculate , with wood floors, a gas fireplace and small balcony overlooking the creek. The mattresses were new and very comfortable. The front desk staff and house keepers were so sweet . They even provided us with a list of restuarant to to try . Which we did and all of them were a home run
They offer a continental breakfast in the morning , and hot cider in the afternoon. While we didn’t try breakfast, we did grab coffee each morning as we headed out.
The location was perfect , we were in walking distance to nearly everything ..
if you don’t need a fancy hotel with a lot of bells and whistles, this place is for you . It is truly a hidden gem ! I would definitely stay here again .
