It was okay, clean non smoking room
This establishment is way past its prime and should either be completely refurbished or torn down. #1 elevators so dim that it is difficult to see numbers. #2 pillows are nothing more than place holders when bed is made. #3 sheets feel like leather. #4 there is no “anti slip” mat for shower #5 had no idea if glasses had even been washed. #6 you pay for a breakfast than other motels provide free. You pay more and receive less. Next time Holiday Inn Express.
Staff was great and the food was good room was clean
Need a updating to the rooms in my opinion
Didnt eat breakfast
no microwave in room and pool was cold
Nothing particular stood out.
Because we booked through a third-party we were treated like third-party world customers. The place needs repairs even the company flag was torn and in disrepair. Need to work on this location.
Excellent Front desk staff
Disgusting
Absolutely the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.
Within minutes of walking into the room, my wife checked the bed (like she always does) and immediately found a squished bed bug on the sheets. That was enough—we grabbed our things and left right away.
On top of that, the room was extremely hot, outdated, and felt dirty overall. Completely unacceptable, especially for nearly $300 a night.
We went to the front desk to report it, and instead of helping, we were told we’d need to speak to a manager. We tried reaching out multiple times—no response, no follow-up, nothing. Meanwhile, we’re still out the money.
We ended up leaving and going back to a place we had stayed previously just to feel comfortable again. The only reason we chose this hotel was for the advertised bar and restaurant, which wasn’t worth it at all.
This was honestly one of the most disgusting and unsettling experiences we’ve ever had at a hotel. We even have photos of the bed bug.
Avoid this place at all costs. Bed bugs are a serious issue, and the lack of response from management makes it even worse.
The location is good. Fair pricing.
The rooms are dated. The bed was not comfortable which was surprising for a Marriott. The bathroom had plumbing problems.
The bathroom had mold in between the tiles in the shower. The bathroom needed up dating. Toilet was to low.
