We liked Kelowna.
Pros:

Nice room but on main road and very busy. Good location despite this, opposite City Park.

Cons:

Noisy road. Dirty jacuzzi, and sticking bathroom door.

Left halfway through our stay and went elsewhere. Would not recommend.
Cons:

The location wasn't great in terms of being on the corner of a very busy intersection. The staff was rude and lacking customer service. She didn't seem interested in making customers feel comfortable and welcome. There were issues with my room, and she didn't offer much help, if any. Will never come back and would not recommend it. We left halfway through our stay, knowing we wouldn't get a refund because of how uncomfortable the stay was, and stayed elsewhere.

A memorable and special stay in a beautiful boutique hotel made even more special by caring staff!
Pros:

We were warmly greeted by Santana at the Front Desk, and upon hearing that it was a special birthday weekend, she upgraded our room to the top floor. We were so impressed with our room! Two balconies (one overlooking the city park), a large soaker tub with bathrobes and slippers, a beautiful bathroom, and with just a nice beachy vibe overall. But what made my stay even more special was answering the door after settling in and being greeted by housekeeping staff singing Happy Birthday to me with a complimentary bottle of wine and a handwritten note wishing me a very Happy Birthday. And indeed it was, in no small part to the incredible stay we had at Prestige Beach House. Thank you to the staff for helping to make our stay in beautiful Kelowna so memorable and special!

Good value for location
Pros:

The staff was excellent. Breakfeast was very good and so was Happy Hour in Lounge 27.

Cons:

Noisy room right beside the road. Also a 2 queen bedroom only had 1 chair inside. No where to sit except on the bed. The deck off the room was too noisy due to traffic that was 24/7. Didn't expect to pay $15 a day to park and we had two cars. Also had to pay $35 early check in because we arrived at noon. Wasn't the room ready anyhow? seems pricy for that one time privilege.

Restaurant was fantastic! The hotel room we stayed in should be addressed a bit.
Pros:

The restaurant was wonderful!! I would go there again even if I don't stay at the hotel.

It is right downtown in Kelowna so the location is great!! The room required some detail. Another room (occupied by co-travellers) had no issues.

Cons:

For the cost, I would shop around next time to see what else I can get for accommodation by comparison. The location is great and the room was generally okay but there were several details which required addressing. For the amount paid I would see what else is available.
