Restaurant was fantastic! The hotel room we stayed in should be addressed a bit.
Pros:

The restaurant was wonderful!! I would go there again even if I don't stay at the hotel.

It is right downtown in Kelowna so the location is great!! The room required some detail. Another room (occupied by co-travellers) had no issues.

Cons:

For the cost, I would shop around next time to see what else I can get for accommodation by comparison. The location is great and the room was generally okay but there were several details which required addressing. For the amount paid I would see what else is available.

Great location, dog friendly
Pros:

Excellent location.

Cons:

No bath robes that makes going to a swimming pool uncomfortable. Small towels at the pool, you can not wrap it around your body to get warm. The hot tub was out of service and wasn’t working during all period of our stay. Very disappointing

Downtown with a short visit to the beach, restaurants and shopping
Pros:

I liked the location and the meal we had there at the restaurant inside was amazing. We went for breakfast

Cons:

I did not like the location of our room. It was right along the main highway so it was very loud. Although they provide ear plugs which is very thoughtful, it's still loud

The most accommodating and kind staff and beautiful room!
Pros:

The front desk and staff overall were soooo wonderful! They went above and beyond, ensuring our stay was just lovely. The jacuzzi room was a great price for such a cool room!! Great location too right downtown. 10/10 reccomend!

Pros:

The hotel is simple but very comfortable and clean with great amenities: a small but well-equipped gym, a pool and hot tub. Happily, there is a terrific restaurant attached where you can get breakfast and dinner. What made the experience so great was the staff. They were so lovely to deal with: kind, helpful and really welcoming.
