Best Location! Pé na areia!
Pros:

Localização, pé na areia, ótima posição no calçadão da praia, perto dos melhores pontos turísticos e restaurantes. Café e água disponíveis gratuitamente. Atendentes cordiais e atenciosos, eu pedi um colchão extra no meio da noite (os filhos estavam brigando pra dormir juntos), eles me atenderam na hora. 2 cadeiras e um guarda sol disponibilizados no quarto, para uso na praia, sem precisar pedir. Toalhas para uso na praia. Ar condicionado bom, quarto bem escuro. Ficamos em uma unidade dos fundos, não beira mar. Mas imagino que o som alto dos bares da frente podem atrapalhar quem fica beira mar.

Cons:

Falta um lugar para estacionar temporariamente o carro para descarregar as malas. Até tem, mas está sempre ocupado. Não tem onde parar na via, se estiver ocupado. Tem que dar a volta na quadra toda, na via geral, com semáforos e trânsito, aí quando vc chega no local novamente, está ocupado por outro veículo. O estacionamento é pago, diário, caro pelo que oferece, relativamente longe do prédio do hotel, mas na mesma quadra. Descoberto, as vezes não tinha disponibilidade, pois é uma parceira do hotel com um estacionamento terceirizado, assim, disputamos vagas com quem vem para estacionar para ir à praia, fim de semana, foi um problema e tive que aguardar para parar. Não havia na frente do hotel um local para lavar os pés e acessórios de praia. Entendo que a praia oferece esse serviço, mas estava em retoma e não foi possível utilizar. Seria bom ter um local para se lavar antes de entrar no hotel.

Terrible Experience, front desk always sleeping, poor service, elevators broken, will never stay aga

Location if awesome but service and infrastructure very poor

Cons:

Elevator was off, had to carry bags by stairs, front desk was always sleeping, on the cel phone playing games and very poor atention, doors to stairs close to rooms do a tremendous noise when closed, will never stay again

Right on the beach but also made it noisy into the night. Busy broadwalk but if you are looking to be in the thick of it then it’s great.

Cons:

The staff weren’t particularly friendly or helpful. Didn’t look up to say good morning and gave basic responses. We asked a number of questions that didn’t really get answered although when we had a problem with our safe they fixed it immediately.
