Pros:

Прекрасно място , препоръчвам на всеки.

Cons:

Във общите помещения , трябва да има камери за наблюдение, неприятно ми е ,че ме попитаха дали по по грешка не сме взели яке на дама, която явно не знае какво прави и на кой свят е след като не може да се грижи за вещите си.

A szállásról a képek valóban azt tükrözik, amilyen a szállás. Emiatt is k a szállásadó korrektségét.
Pros:

Ár - érték arányban kiváló. A szobák tiszták, megfelelően felszereltek. (még a párnák is tökéletesek voltak) Fantasztikus, segítőkész személyzet. A reggeli kiváló. Csak ajánlani tudom.

Excellent stay.
Pros:

Very nice staffing, very clean, excellent location with parking. They packed our breakfast on the day that we had to leave early on the train.

Good hotel for short stay
Pros:

The location is great you have a view of the santuario and in reality it's not that far by foot from the centre

Cons:

No lift
You can hear everything coming from the other rooms
The pillows were hard for me to sleep well

Estadia prática.
Pros:

Excelente acomodação, perto da estação. Tudo limpinho, vista linda para as montanhas. O trem Bernina passa ao lado, embora para pegá-lo é preciso ir para a estação. Quanto limpinho e quentinho. O ponto forte é a excelente comunicação e flexibilidade dos funcionários.

Хороший отель недалеко от вокзала
Pros:

Хороший отель, расположен примерно в 10 минутах ходьбы от вокзала. Из моего номера открывался вид на базилику. Напротив отеля есть бесплатная уличная парковка.
В конце февраля работало отопление, в номере было тепло.
И в комнате, и в ванной было чисто, бельё и полотенца в очень хорошем состоянии.
Завтрак предлагается без горячих блюд, но его вполне достаточно, чтобы некоторое время не задумываться о еде. Кофе приносит сотрудник отеля

Кровать оказалась узкой, У меня случайно оказался под рукой сантиметр из ИКЕА, и я измерила ширину матраса: всего 80 см. Обычно ширина односпальной кровати 90 см, и именно этих 10 сантиметров мне сильно не хватало. Я, конечно, не падала, но при каждом повороте упиралась в стену и просыпалась.
Больше всего мне не понравилась ситуация с уборкой. После первой ночи я заметила, что мои вещи перекладывали, что было неприятно. Но самым странным оказалось последнее утро: я вынесла вещи в машину и пошла к базилике за сувенирами. Когда вернулась, дверь в мой номер была распахнута, балконная дверь открыта настежь, кровать выдвинута в центр комнаты, с нее снято белье, и в номере никого не было. Всё это несмотря на то, что время check-out еще не наступило, и ключ от номера я не сдавалa.
Сотрудница на ресепшн почти не говорила по‑английски, а времени ждать кого‑то другого, чтобы уточнить, что произошло, у меня не было. Считаю, что подобной ситуации можно было бы легко избежать, если бы в номерах были таблички «Не беспокоить» - за две ночи я бы легко обошлась без уборки, учитывая что приходила в гостиницу только спать
