The night and day Concierges were so good at their jobs. The room decor was just what you want when visiting this southern city.
The breakfast was great but only one waitress on the day we used it.
Valet parking was great. The location is perfect for visiting the French Quarter. Access to the property from the I-10 freeway is good. The price is very good. The property has two restaurant/bars.
Location
The reception staff were rude , made us wait all day for a room when other people were coming in and getting checked in straight away . I complained and so then a room was free ! Was exhausted so once in the room went to sleep . To then be woken by someone walking into my room . Apparently they hadn’t put us in the system so the room was showing vacant on the system to then be given to someone else . Appalling service

Historical building in great location in the hearth of French Quarter. Comfortable and quiet room. Great stuff!
The room was lovely and steps away from Bourbon St. The courtyard was beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful.
Super convenient if your thing is being close to the Bourbon st precinct. Great bars, restaurants and in fact everything that the French quarter has to offer all very accessible. Room was adequate for what I needed, old building but comfortable with everything I needed. I thought good value given location.
Not much. This isn’t the place if you want quiet so noise can be loud at times but hey the main drag being Bourbon st is about 30/40 meters away. Nice courtyard on ground floor I saw people taking advantage of, having a drink or a coffee so that was nice and relaxed
Location is super and the courtyard fountain works well to drown out street noise. The roomy courtyard is so nice and relaxing place to sit for a break before heading out for more walking.
Unfortunately, 1 rude female employee who worked in reception during the day.
Centrally located. Beautiful courtyard.
Walking up the last flight of stairs. Small inconvenience for the few rooms no accessible by elevator.
We liked location. And the staff was friendly and made great recommendations.
No dinner options at the hotel other than bars. The walls were paper thin. I could hear everything in neighboring rooms and the halls. Where our room was located there was a door connecting to our room and others. We could hear it slam shut everytime it was opened (all hours of the night). They didn't offer courtesy umbrellas. It might be a good idea to invest in these for the future. It rained for 2 of our 4 day stay. And the bathroom fan only worked half the time.
